12.23.25: I placed an order online and was also able to use my $5 off Birthday coupon. I got a 6 inch Classic Sub #1: Ham, Salami, Capicolla, Pepperoni and Provolone Cheese on sourdough bread. When I arrived, an employee greeted me and my sandwich was already ready in the estimated time I was given. I was in and out of the store in less than a minute.
I love their sourdough bread. The sandwich looked and tasted really fresh and the added pickles gave it a nice crunch. I felt the portion of meat and cheese was adequate, so that’s always a plus.

I’ve been to this Port of Subs location on Mae Ann many times now, and every single visit has been excellent. The service here is consistently quick, the sandwiches are always fresh, and the whole team makes the experience enjoyable.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the three women who usually work the front. They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and on top of things — they greet you with a smile, remember regulars, and make sure your order is done right and fast. It really makes a difference when you walk into a place and feel genuinely taken care of.
This location has become my go-to for a reason: great food, great service, and a staff that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by — you’ll be in and out quickly with exactly what you want, and with great customer service to top it off.

I placed an order online for today (July 28), and it was completely messed up. There was only one employee and he wasn’t even up front when I came in. They forgot to put the spinach, they put this random red sauce I did not request, and it just looks awful. There was no one else in the store when I picked up my order, so it wasn’t an issue with being busy either.
EDIT: The store owner, Eugenia, contacted me and was very apologetic about it. I really appreciated that she did when she most owners wouldn’t, so I’m bumping it up from a 1 star. I must’ve just gotten unlucky since the other reviews look great.

This Port of Subs store is the best of them all. It has the best bread quality too! I love the owner and the staff. The store is always very clean as well. I go there at least once a week. I actually drive a bit further to go to this store, rather than the one closer to my house, just because this one is the best. Awesome as always!

I am from the SF Bay Area and would never walk in a Subway or Togo’s because I did not like their sandwiches nor the smell when you walk in. It was a delight to find Port of Subs in Reno where it not only smells good when you walk in, but the sandwiches are phenomenal! My favorite is the turkey, provolone and bacon! Fabulous!!!
