My family and I tried to place our order in the app since we were paying separate. The lady insisted about taking our order. I saw online it said it was $3 add on for steak so I thought it was pieces of steak so I agreed to it when I saw she showed up with a full ribeye. Paid $200+ for 2 kids meal my plate 4 drinks, and a breakfast sandwich and some guac n chips. WARNING the strawberry lemonade tastes like Vomit Would not recommend for what it feels like cafeteria food

Perfect little breakfast & lunch spot in a part of DTLA that’s a bit lacking in both. The staff breakfast burrito is a mainstay, the menu is expansive beyond that but not overstretched. Cute patio to chill in and they have a reservable room for private events. Service is friendly and everything comes to you freshly made. Don’t worry about parking, free validation available in the on-site garage.

For the location, it is a little bit expensive BUT food was really worth it! Not great service, didn’t feel welcome.

My experience at Vee’s Cafe for brunch was disappointing from start to finish. The food was completely bland, with no flavor or attention to quality. On top of that, the inside of the restaurant had a noticeable sewage smell, which made the environment uncomfortable and unappetizing.

To make matters worse, the place lacked any real customer service. Staff seemed disengaged and uninterested, and there was no sense of hospitality or care. Between the poor food, the unpleasant odor, and the lack of service, the entire visit felt like a waste, to think we ended up here because of a clip I saw on tik-tok just filled with deception. They served me vegetables that looked old, lettuce that looked somewhat black, food quality overall was disappointing.

I definitely won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience

Quiet space with open seating. Pricey but delicious. $60 for two ppl with coffee and side dishes (latte is amazing) . Friendly service with a beautiful retro vibe. Outdoor seating is available great for spring or summer time!!

Best breakfast place in DTLA! Everything we had was amazing! Chilaquiles, Chorizo Panini, and Butterfly Shrimp Pasta were our favorites. Fresh squeezed juice and smoothies on menu:) The restaurant itself was very clean and inviting and the staff was very welcoming. A bit of a challenge to get into the building on a weekend strictly through the parking gate. Press A then CALL!

Wasn’t easy to spot directly from Figueroa but you need to walk (or drive) into an office complex called Park DTLA that has this address on. The cafe is on your right, before you drive into the parking. They have yellow sign on the door and a sign say “We’re open”.

The cafe is VERY spacious. It opens very early and serves all-day breakfast. The omelette and pasta are my favorite. Coffee is very good too! Their food is as good as their original location on W Adams. Totally recommend!

Unfortunately no free parking. I got there by Dash F and walked 2 streets. Or Dash A that stops right in front and you cross the street to find the cafe. Restroom is outside (turn right and turn right again). You need a key from the cashier.

This place was an absolute disappointment. We ordered one breakfast burrito and two basic coffees—nothing complicated—and it took over 45 minutes. When I asked to cancel after waiting so long, they refused and then suddenly managed to make the food in 4 minutes, which shows they simply didn’t care until I complained.

To make matters worse, the coffees we received were not even what we ordered. The total bill came to $40 for practically nothing, which is outrageous for such poor service and lack of care.

This cafe clearly has no respect for customers’ time or money. I would strongly recommend avoiding Vees Cafe in downtown Los Angeles.

Great breakfast place. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a terrace and what is most important great tasty food. Breakfast was ready very fast and was great. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was very authentic. Definitely recommend if you’re searching for a place to have breakfast at.

Bottom line up front. Honestly a lot of great things for this place. Definitely recommend.

The restaurant area is nice with indoor & outdoor seating.

The staff were helpful and kind.

Food was great.

My only issue with the place is that parking is a little out of the way and so is the bathroom. Neither of those things really detract from the quality of the restaurant.
