I don’t know how to explain it. Atmosphere was horrible, looked closed when we walked in, looks like a big open room with tables along the wall just not inviting. Then the waitress failed to inform us when we sat down what was not yet ready, yes ready mind you we got there at almost 4pm why the butters and steak weren’t ready couldn’t tell you probably because people were standing around like they had just got into the building. So I was unhappy to find out what I wanted to order was not available and at that point was too late the leave saying we already ordered drinks and appetizers so I had to settle. Now what I settled for was really good, but now my daughter ordered what their known for a boil bag why did these people not have something to crack the shells so she struggled to eat her food I even hurt my hand trying to open her crab legs. She did say she enjoyed her food but so much was wrong I really couldn’t enjoy like I should’ve. Might try a different location but the cedar rd location is A BIG NO for me.

The service is horrible here. I have never been to a restaurant during lunch hour and wanted to walk out after an hour of sitting at a table with no service. The server was the hostess also and there was a lot of customers. We ended up getting drinks but just paying for those and leaving

A friend and I went and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant setting. To begin when we arrived no one was at the hostess podium to greet us because the host was also doubling as a server. He eventually sat us down and took our drink orders. We both just ordered water and appetizers (fried green tomatoes.) We waited 10 minutes for our water and the place was empty. The only other table that had people there were wrapping up. So then we asked about our appetizers because after 25-30 minutes go by, we never received them. He said they were short handed in the kitchen and he would check on them. My friend and I expressed to him on his way back out after another 15 minutes that we would just like to speak to a manager. The server said he would get him and at the same he bringing out our food. After our food arrives at the table (1hr) at this point, the server brings our appetizer. My order was wrong, our food didn’t look good at all and the manager took forever to come out and speak with us. We he finally did he made excuses, never apologized and didn’t even want to comp our meal. He wanted us to pay for it even though we didn’t eat from it. He was slamming around items behind the counter because he was frustrated. I will never go back to this place.

We went to this boiler 65 on Father’s day, we got there about 4:30 pm, we waited for over an hour, there was not a lot of customers there but very short staffed. The waitress Laelonnil, was running all over the place trying to wait on all the tables. She was very patient and kept a pleasant attitude the entire time we were there. I think the manager need to hire more staff if they want customer to return again.. The food was good but very spicy . My husband really enjoyed his evening .

I called to place a take order and got a voicemail directing me to place an order online through their website which I did.. I received confirmation that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I saw that they weren’t very crowded or too busy to answer a phone call as the greeter was just sitting at the front door with his air pods in. I asked about my order and was told it was not ready. In fact I waited 30 additional minutes after arriving to ask about my order a second time and was told by the greeter “We don’t like to give people a set time for when their food will be ready because, we don’t really know” BUT as I said the confirmation that I received said 30 minutes. Fix that please. I could have been doing other things beside sitting and waiting 30 minutes extra for my order. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.

I visited this place as a customer and ordered online and pay for my order. They said it would be 30 minutes. When I arrived it took an extra 15 minutes. The wings I ordered were not done at all I had to finish cooking them in the oven after that they were okay. I came back the next day as a delivery driver and the order was supposed to be ready at 4:16. At 4:39 I pulled away and the order from my route. The lady working the bar was very kind and the hostess was very kind. I think the kitchen needs to step it up a bit. Eventually I may try the seafood.

I placed an order inside the restaurant and the hostess told me they would call my phone when my order was ready to be picked up in about 15-20 minutes. After a half hour there was still no call from the restaurant so I walked back in to wait. As soon as I walked in the door the hostess was sitting in the front, not busy whatsoever, and looked surprised to see me. She then asked for my name again and pulled out my order behind several other bags. It appeared to be have been sitting there for a while. Once I got home and opened my crab leg boil bag with beef sausage and corn but there was no sausage. My receipt shows I was charged extra but no sausage was received. I will not be eating here again. It’s over priced for the amount of food you get (or in my case, didn’t get), and the service is poor. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered over $200 worth of food and enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely with the price and customer service even in the times if Covid-19 really great. They were compliant in social distancing and all staff was wearing mask. Even taken the food back home which was a 30 min drive the food stayed warm enough where we didn’t have to warm it up because they bags were well insulated. Lastly the deep fried Oreo was amazing even after the drive home.
