The Boardroom was a small pub with excellent food and drinks. I had the veggie bowl with blackened shrimp which was fresh and delicious. They have an extensive selection of drink offerings. I had a mojito which might have been the best one I’ve ever had. I visited off season at an off time and had no wait, but with the small size of the place, I would probably check in for a table online ahead of time.

Chill spot for brunch, fair amount of seating indoor and outdoor. Our server Marissa was so sweet and kind. The Georgia Grilled Cheese was insanely good, I already want another! The Pub Pretzel was prefect. Nice little hidden gem in Downtown Fort Walton Beach.

Happy Surprise for lunch yesterday! Went to the boardroom and haven’t been in a while but glad I chose to go! Had the Italian and salad with the shallot vinaigrette (peppercorn ranch is usually my go to) and it was delicious and enough to have another snack! Well priced for the portion and Hannah was good as usual.

Had a good breakfast here. The breakfast sandwich was great and adding an egg to it made it perfect. They did a great sunny side up egg and had a pretty good menu selection. The mojito was good and refreshing over all had a good breakfast. The place was semi busy for breakfast, but they can only seat like 50 people total and honestly the service just wasn’t very attentive, took 15 minutes to order a drink, 5 to get it, 15 or so to get order taken, drinks sat empty till food was delivered and then never checked on again till went up to bar and just paid the bill. Quicker service would clear tables quicker and would have gotten more people in, not sure if short staffed or what as was only two people on the floor. Would try again.

Maybe the bar tender should pay attention to new customers instead of ignoring new customers. She served water down drinks but gave repeat customers drinks that were made with more alcohol. I will never go back. The Cheff’s did an amazing job. Also to
bad the bar tender does not of people skills. She did not ask if I needed condiments for my breakfast like jelly and butter. She was too busy worrying about the loyal customers that come and what they wanted instead of a new customer who had never been there before.

Fort Walton is my wife’s hometown and I was stationed here for almost 6 years. During my time here the Boardroom was always one of my favorites, I’d visit twice a week sometimes. I have always loved the vibes, the service, and the food, specifically the cuban. As I remember it, perfectly pressed, the meat was juicy and had a great Maillard on it.
Came into town this week for the holidays and just had to stop in and get a Cuban. The sandwich came out 40 minutes later barely warm. I would have been okay with it being a bit cold because it sat out while my wife’s food finished, but the cheese was still solid and unmelted. Additionally it had no pickles, mustard, or flavor. I haven’t ever returned food before, but I’m not going to eat a cold flavorless 17 dollar sandwich.
It’s unfortunate and I have read that they have recently gone down hill due to new management. Hopefully they can get it together. The waitress was great though, I could tell she understood I wasn’t served a 17 dollar sandwich.

Service was excellent! Beer was cold and decently priced! Food was delicious and came out fairly quick. I would absolutely eat here again next time I’m in the area.

I had Peyton as my server and she was sooooo amazing! My partner and I had such a difficult time coming into Florida and getting settled into our accommodation. Feeling stressed, we decided to come here and grab a bite of food and have a drink. Everyone here is so amazing and kind the food is amazing and the service is next level has such a way of talking with people. It feels like you’re talking with an old friend. Zion and Hannah were so lovely and kind as well. They chatted with us at the bar, and unfortunately they had a maintenance snafu but it was handled beautifully. The owner came by as well to make sure we were good and I was very appreciative. It was nice to get the small town fell in a good in a wonderful beach town. We can’t wait to come back and see them! Cannot recommend enough
