Pleasant surprise! Coming from New York I have tastes some amazing sushi and ramen and this place actually didn’t disappoint at all. Mia our waitress was super sweet very attentive. The place was not too crowded we came on a Saturday at 4pm after watching a movie. I ordered Kano Salad that was great with light spice my boyfriend ordered the spice tuna roll sorry picture are after we tasted it LOL it looked and tasted too good. I then ordered the bridge street roll (Yummy) my boyfriend ordered the pineapple fried rice im not a huge rice fan but I tried it and it was okay to me he said he liked it he ordered it with out the pineapple. All are pictured everything came out pretty quickly and tasted fresh. No issues service was good and food was good also! Would definitely recommend this place exceeded my expectations. And we only spent $56 !

We love Sushi and Ramen. This was a great experience while on vacation. The flavors were so good. We’ll be back. The 5 of us spent $150 but that’s because we ordered a lot.

I came into this place for the Ramen so if you want a review about the sushi I’m sorry to disappoint you. However, when it came to ramen this place didn’t disappoint me. The dishes were fantastic. I wouldn’t say best in the world, but damn better then most places I been to, and I been to a lot. The most impressive thing is the location. Smack dab in the middle of the Poconos. The staff is kind, quick on their feet and willing to please. And the decor is calming to the eye. If you’re in the mood for Japanese and stuck in the wilds of the Pennsylvania mountains check this place out.

Just go here! You’re probably like us and took our time getting there because the intersections and traffic stink. So I’m always trying to find a way to not go down to this area. But, it was so worth it. Amazing food, extremely professional presentation on our sushi roll. Ramen was amazing!
Lunch specials were a great price, kids menu had tons of food.

Nothing spectacular here. I started off with shrimp tempura rolls and had to send them back because the shrimp were NOT deveined (cleaned) as evidenced by the large black dot throughout every slice of the tempura Roll. They did bring back fresh rolls which were good. I decided to try the yusan signature ramen. The egg tasted like it was fermented in soy sauce, the fish cakes (I.e mystery imitation “fish” ingredient with pink swirl in center) were horrible- they had a rubbery texture-very unpalatable, the broth was okay. My husband had chicken fried rice and it was actually decent! Oh- let’s not forget about my iced green tea that had tea leaf floaters in it which left the aftertaste of seaweed in my mouth. yeah- definitely won’t be going back.

Authentic food, delicious, and filling! Even with no other sushi places in the area, it’s still a great choice! 10/10 would come back.

Checking off another ramen place within an hour of home. I would rate it 2nd in the area 3rd overall tried.

We each got a sushi roll and both got the tonkotsu ramen – I added fish cakes and some spicey paste to mine.

There was a complimentary salad and they have pepsi products in cans.

I got the black dragon roll 4/5 and husband got the awesome roll.

Amazing quality sushi !
I am a critic when it comes to food. I am tough to please but this exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and perfectly done. The atmosphere and calm and relaxing the prices are reasonable. I can’t see why anyone wouldn’t go here. The best sushi I’ve eaten! We got two orders of shrimp tempura and one of the special rolls that I’m pretty sure was called the for roll. We had an older polish grandma dining with us and even SHE loved it, I highly recommend.

– went back for lunch special and it was excellent as usual took pics so people can see sizes. I ordered the combo shrimp tempura and a veggie ramen to share with the Bf.

My husband can finally try out their ramen. Honestly, their ramen is alright, not too bad, but not hot enough, even when it’s just served onto the table. We ordered a Tonkotzu ramen for my kids, and a Yusan signature ramen. We have eaten better ramen, hut around this area, this is not too bad if you looking for ramen or some type of soup noodle. I also ordered a scallop sashimi, which I already expect not to have top quality on that. I believe even Wegman serves better than here. Following are two signature rolls: Sunset roll and Rainbow naruto roll. Both i think are delicious.

Their service wasn’t bad either. The waitresses were pretty friendly and nice, especially towards my 13mos old girl.
