The Board Couple is such a gem! Their boards are absolutely gorgeous—overflowing with fresh, high-quality meats, cheeses, fruits, and little extras that make every bite special. You can tell how much care goes into the flavors and presentation. Monica and Bryan are wonderful to work with and always make you feel taken care of, from small gatherings to larger events. Supporting them feels good because they truly pour their hearts into what they do, and it shows every single time.

Great service, wonderful atmosphere, eclectic wine selection and delicious bruschetta varieties/charcuterie boards. Danny was our server and she was amazing! We stopped here for lunch today and enjoyed it! We had sandwiches. They were toasted and delicious. It has a nice outdoor area to enjoy the beautiful weather. The outdoor area is great for kids and toddlers who might want to explore. The inside is beautifully decorated. Great service, the manager is very friendly and helpful.
They have a variety of wine and charcuterie boards which we would love to try next time. Great little wine bar! This would be a romantic date spot in the evening as well.

My wife and I were in Downtown Comfort and she pulled me into a little wine bar called The Board Couple, right behind Remedy Hall. Well it turns out to be a romantic little spot and my wife fell in love with it. The charcuterie was great with some nice little desert brie. The wines are unique, not your standard run-of-the-mill wine experience. Plus, the waitress pointed us to their sparkling wine cocktails, which were a nice intro to the meal. We will be back soon!

The Board Couple is the best and the original in Town!!! We have ordered boards, ordered deliveries for employees, and been to both locations in SA and Comfort. They love to educate you on wines and champagn, have an amazing selection, plus the staff is always great! The owners are amazing and put their love into every board or creation they do! I highly recommend The Board Couple!

We were looking for a place to get out of town and have a good glass of wine. Stopped in and fell in love. I love the coziness and personal service. There’s plenty of space outside also and in the fall months it’s the best place to have a glass of wine. Not your typical wine bar their selection is quite extensive. Both of the owners are Somalia and have selected some great wines to offer. They have small bites to offer with your wine.

Always a good time going into this location and comfort Ben to the one in San Antonio as well but there’s something about being in the Hill country. That is best. The employees and the owners are fantastic and the services always great.
I understand that they have a wine tasting in San Antonio next month I believe the first week of December if you don’t know about it, please look it up. Don’t miss out, my understanding there’s gonna be some great deals on bottles of wine.

The Board Couple in Comfort was a total unexpected find for dinner for us! They offer a well curated wine selection. The food was fresh and delicious. The sandwiches were served on fresh warm bread and were accompanied with a nut mixture and grapes. The TBC Box was an ample amount for one hungry person, or enough to be shared by two. Colton was very friendly and impressively handled all aspects of the service (eg bartender, cashier, food prep).

This small, cozy, wine bar is a great find in Comfort. Comfortable, stylish decor, excellent small plates, and creative baguette sandwiches. But the highlight is the well curated wine offerings. These are not wines chosen from the standard distributors that stock restaurants. Highly recommend!
