I often get my chipotle here. One night I just got off work around 10:30PM, I decided to see if I was able to get chipotle since I haven’t eaten all day, it was around 10:50 and they close at 11.
They were in the middle of cleaning up and were all nice enough to serve me.
They were basically out of ingredients but decided to take an extra step to get me what I wanted.
I really appreciate the service they provided me.

Not just another Chipotle, it’s couple of notches above.
As a Long Island based traveling vegetarian, Chipotle (across the country) is my mainstay.
This one ranks way up there. So much so, that we stop for the ‘usual’ whenever we drive through this stretch of Old Country Road.
The ‘usual’ bowl is Rice, Beans, Sofritas, Fajita Veggies Fresh Tomato + Red Hot + Roasted Chili-Corn Salsas, Sour Cream, Shredded Lettuce. Occasionally a side or Tortilla (rolled, wrapped, hot), or Chips + Guacamole. Always spot on! Only once the fajita was not crisp, and that’s because the serving bowl had bottomed out.
We’ve always ordered in person (they do have a drive through, though). there is staff churn but, on all occasions, we’ve found them youthful, well coordinated and attentive to requests. The place is neat, well mantained, and prep areas clean – no matter what time of day.
Apart from locational advantage, this franchise has dedicated parking for over a dozen cars. A steady stream of well-heeled patrons, both takeout and dine-in, is an endorsement by itself.
With such positive experiences, the so-many negative reviews this location has, are confounding. Wondering if it’s because of web/app orders not clear enough (upgrade the electronic process, please), or orders picked late (freshness), or hanky-panky in delivery chain (quantity).
Also because those who go satisfied never think of posting a review. This one represents that group of aficionados.

I usually write positive reviews for businesses that deserve it and abstain from writing negative reviews but this place absolutely deserves to be reprimanded for their terrible service and quality. A ill-mannered female server working evening shift showed no interest in serving and proceeded to give the smallest portion of chicken while scooping the biggest mushed portion of salsa and corn. The bowl was soaking wet with these juices, making everything soggy and unappetizing. It is truly unfortunate that their employees would treat their customers this way. I hope that management re-train their employees on basic etiquette and work ethic. Truly a shame for a place that had potential! Stay away from this location until they offer better service!

I would like to rate 0 but since there is no zero. 1 star status is my rating. So there was only 2 of us and the server showed no interest in serving us. She walked away. When she returned she helped the person behind us paid for their food before we were served by someone else. From the moment we walked in we seemed to be invisible. There was no attempt to acknowledge our presence. Very bad customer service. We will not be eating at that Westbury location anymore.

Came in at 10pm and there was still white rice that the employee just put away that would have been more than enough for 1 order but instead, she replaced it with an empty Cambro container right in front of us. We just walked out.

The food was very good and fresh, but they need to start adding more protein, I ordered my food and they add like four pieces of steaks. You have to keep telling them to add extra protein other than that it’s fine.

The food at first used to be good, but lately the servings are so small. I usually get a bowl, and lately it’s barely any food in there, sometimes I see more sour cream than actual food. I also got chips and guacamole on my last order and the chips were stale, and the guac…well look at the photo. Don’t waste your money here.

establishment on old country road there’s a worker there named Dylan he’s brown skin, about 5’9, skinny, and wears glasses, he gives the worst portions, barely any rice, chicken, guac and is always disrespectful to customers. He needs to be taught better customer service and manners.

by far the worst I’ve had EVER. it’s so crazy because this place is NEW. They put rice, sour cream and beans on when we said no for both bowls! This is so disappointing and should be shut down. I ordered, chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cheese with a side of queso blanco. And give us everything except tomato. ALSO, they gave us the spicy chicken. 1/1000 never would recommend.
