Had a slight problem with the chip reader, but was fixed almost immediately by helpful staff like Dianna and Bret. Service was quick and efficient and Chyanne rang me up with excellent customer service. The store itself is clean and looks so cute and the food was hot and ready in under 2 minutes. Went threw the drive thru, the parking lot was super clean, the building was in great shape, the person who took my order was super nice amd very clear, the guy at the window Carl was awesome! Great personality and my order was perfect, it was hot, crispy and everything was fresh!!!

Beautiful spot inside! Sandwich was so good forgot to take a picture until have way through. Shake was bomb! Everything I’ve tried here hit in a different way. 100 percent recommended in Fairbanks!

Worst service ever. Forgot the strips from one of my meals and got mozzarella sticks instead of the jalapeño poppers that I ordered. Fairbanks by far has the worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. Every drive thru that we go to our order is messed up, always missing food. But they sure charges for it.

Fast & friendly in a bright atmosphere. Meat lovers, rejoice. Actually this is my FAVORITE Fairbanks lunch spot. The crew are so friendly, it’s cozy, and the drinks refill free. Great conversations with the locals on hunting, history, and wacky weather. The wifi is good. And don’t forget to ring the bell on your way out!

Great staff. But the food is nasty meat and cheese from poor dead animals. And by the time the cheese reaches the store the dairy cow is already dead. So yes dairy is death.

I went through the drive-thru the lady. That’s the manager at night. Told me if I wouldn’t pull around to wait for my food even though there was nobody else in line. that she was going to give me a refund and if I wouldn’t get out of the line or take a refund. She was going to call the cops and ban me from Arby’s. She is the most ridiculous person to have as a manager in a fast food restaurant so I got my refund and I will never go back in there. She proceeded to argue with me the whole time. I was sitting there waiting on my refund

Love Arbys and are so happy they came to Fairbanks, AK the food is amazing they often have amazing deals as well you just gotta watch for them for example today Im getting a free sandwich because of a basketball game I didn’t even have to do anything, just order something and a free sandwich is yours. The best thing is I dont have to travel 300 miles just to get my fix. Staff is good store is clean and food is always fresh and hot and of course yummy. Highly recommend this store.
