Extremely impressed by the speed of service. We sat down and our orders were immediately taken. The food came out so quick to our table. KaryMe was so delightful as our server. The chefs looked so happy in the kitchen and our food was truly made with love.

Saw the rating for Blue Skillet and the pricing online looked great, so I took a party of 3 here for breakfast. The menu is huge, and the portions are too.
The omelette looked like a small football it was so stuffed with meat. The crepes were beautiful, light, and the cheese filling was a marscapone style of sweet cheese which complimented the fruit and crepe well. Everyone complimented their dishes, including the coffee, which was very good a diner style cup.
We ended up waiting about 15 minutes at 945 on a Saturday. The place was packed. Service was still very attentive, and our food came out quickly.
Overall, excellent and affordable breakfast experience.

Yesterday, Valentine’s Day 2036 we got up and left before ordering bc the staff member seating us was so unfriendly. We tried going to Blue Skillet for Valentine’s breakfast since this restaurant has been our long time (5 yrs) favorite. Something bad happened to the restaurant over the last 1-2 years, The fun and friendly staff members are gone and the cooking quality went down. We used to love you but there are a lot of other restaurants that are doing a much better job nearby so we have to say goodbye

The service was awesome as soon as we got there, we were seated with them not even a minute the server approached her table within two minutes. I wish I knew his name because he was really awesome. He was a older guy.

Despite coming during a busy hour, food was brought to the table only 10 minutes after ordering. The wait staff were attentive and never too far away to be flagged down if needed.
I ordered the steak (medium rare), eggs (over medium), hash browns, and toast (wheat). The serving size was generous and would be enough to fill most adults. My only complaint is that the steak was a little overcooked and eggs under cooked, but not to the point where it changed the quality.
Overall, a great place to go for breakfast or lunch!

Step back into time with diner vibes at The Blue Skillet. In a strip mall next to the Old Big KMart. The staff all seem to genuinely enjoy working (always a plus when the staff is happy).
We ordered the Mexican Skillet with a biscuit, Little Boy Blue & The Bonanza Special. The pictures speak for themselves. The food was hot, fresh and delish. We will return and recommend others to try this as well.

Mark my words in this review. When your in the neighborhood you will make the Blue Skillet a favorite destination. Decore is dated and in the 80’s early 90’s but the staff is top notch.
The food worth every dollar (cannot say Penney after inflation, am I right?).
