I made an order through the app when it was delivered it wasn’t fresh the order was wrong and when I called in to try and get it replaced the person was extremely rude and standoffish. When I get to the establishment I asked for the manager who was rude as well didn’t address the issue didn’t even look up at me she took the food and walked to the back waited for 15 minutes and still received fries that were not fresh I would not recommend this place to any one and will not be returning wish I could give 0 stars.

This has to be the worst Popeyes in America. Restaurant is super dirty. People smoking outside then making your food. No French fries, no lids and the food was made incorrectly. Chicken was so old it was not edible. Wings were also made incorrectly. I wouldn’t recommend a single thing from this place.

I searched on google map and found out they close at 00:00 AM. I came here at 9:30 pm on May 13, 2024, but it was very uncomfortable because the staff’s attitude was shouting at me. The space is dirty, trash is thrown haphazardly on the ground in the kitchen, dirty trays are left scattered on the order counter and on the floor near the drinking water area, even with water flowing.
When the employee gave me the chicken, she even threw it in front of me, an extremely rude attitude. I wonder if Popeyes trained her or not? Not even a hello, not a word of thanks at all when I said goodbye and thanked them.
We live not far away, and when we brought the chicken home we discovered it had not been heated at all, the chicken pieces were cold, and so were the potatoes. I’m too depressed to go back there and complain about them. Although Popeyes is not as famous in Germany as where I come from, I believe in the US it is a well-known brand, but this experience was disappointing. Maybe I will still come back to Popeyes but definitely not this address.

I usually do not do this, but your location is truly terrible. Food isn’t bad, service is, y’all always mess up my orders. Today I ordered on the app, got the free wings the purchase of 15$.- I still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes at the store after ordering before I got there – I ordered a side Mac & cheese, I didn’t get that, you gave me some soggy sandwich that was still cold &I didn’t get my drink with my combo either.

First time trying, definitely not worth it. 1. They forgot two of my items 2. The sides for the family meals are so small (big disappointment) the chicken was small pieces and shrimp was okay. But definitely not worth the price I paid. Overall the strawberry biscuits were good!
