The Best restaurant in the area! The Best alternative to any other (chain and individual) restaurants around, including Springfield.

My fiancé and I ate here recently and absolutely loved our experience. Awesome food, great service, and enjoyable atmosphere. Also love the vision behind the restaurant. Great date night spot and worth the drive— we live in Springfield. Will be back!!

Just went to The Bistro for the first time. BEST MEAL I’VE EVER HAD. We dine out a lot. We’re pretty good cooks at home. Finding such a phenomenal restaurant in our hometown is too good to be true! We will most certainly become regulars now! We were delighted by the atmosphere and general vibe. We both felt super comfortable and cozy. Most professional group of people! We were very close to the kitchen, and we were not disturbed one bit! Our server was very kind and helpful. I’d like to note that every employee I noticed also seemed very professional and welcoming. We each had a drink. A glass of Pinot grigio and a lemon drop martini. Then we tried the Carne asada and Cajun blackened snapper fish on dirty rice. we finished off with a to-go order of dessert. 2 baklava slices and a slice of lemon blueberry marscapone cake. They had the longest wine list I’ve ever seen. If you’re even slightly interested at all, just go! Might even see us there! BEST date night in Lebanon, MO, and surrounding areas.

There are very few places I have been to where I can say I couldn’t find anything on the menu I wouldn’t eat. The Bistro is one of those places. Everything sounded amazing. We started off with a mamosa, yummy. We placed an order for Migas and an order of Biscuits and Gravy. We were not disappointed. Delicious food! Our waitress Samantha was wonderful; very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend The Bistro. Brunch is on Sundays. Make reservations.

I got a Caesar salad, the salmon, and chocolate torte. Everything was amazing. The vibe of the restaurant is really cool as well. The owner regularly came out to see if people were enjoying their meal. The farm to table and all proceeds being donated makes the whole experience even better.

From the ceviche appetizer, to the decadent desserts, The Bistro is a premier eating establishment in little Lebanon Mo. The food, and the beautifully decorated dining area was top notch. Service and attention to detail made it a wonderful experience.

We stopped in with the family thinking this was a little sandwich shop. Although it was decidedly NOT a sandwich shop, we stayed and were glad we did. This turned out to be the ideal place for a date night – candles on the table, upscale chairs and cloth napkins, and most importantly, delicious food and drinks. The menu is short and concise, which was tough with younger kids but we found something for everyone and even my pickiest kid loved it. They also have an extensive drink list (although it was mostly wines) and we did really enjoy the drinks we ordered.

My family stopped off here on our way back home to STL, and we are so glad we did. This place is truly special and I wish we had one in STL. My husband had a blackened snapper and I had the Tuscan chicken. The ingredients are so fresh and top choice and the food is prepared with great attention and passion. We also had the apple pie that comes in a cast iron skillet from the oven and it was delicious. This was the best meal I had had in a long time, maybe years. The staff are also attentive. I almost forgot that my kids were there. Worth the stop!
