Thank you for your reply. I will only make 3 comments. Everything stated in your reply was untrue; however, l thank you for arguing and not taking accountability. The other customer ordered as stated and he like I was not greeted.

Ohhhh my gosh!!!! Yesssss, my friend was correct!!! My order was soooo delicious !!!! Oustanding!!!
However, the customer service was less than (R****n)!!! After about 2 mins of waiting, someone finally came to the front. In ordering, I stated that a friend referred me. I then asked for a recommendation- spicy lemon pepper stated. Since I had never visited, I understood, in my mind, that I would receive lemon-pepper dipping sauce and had the option to order extra sauce (1130). At approximately, 10 mins of waiting, another patron entered. He waited about 2 mins as well, he was greeted, had never been there before. Received a recommendation, asked if it was dine-in or to-go. Well, at 1147 my order came out!! I was handed the container with a substance on it (pictured). I was then asked if it was take out. I asked for a bag and stated that he did not ask me after I ordered. I opened the contain and noticed there was no sauce. I asked and sarcastically was told, “that is what I asked when you ordered.” I asked the price for a sauce and I replied, no!! Huh??? On another note, I thought, I have been waiting at this point for 17 mins!! My order plus other orders were brought out at the same time ( 5-8 mins wait for the person after me). I had to wait until all orders were prepared??? Whatttt ?? Please treat all patrons the same!!! Word-of-mouth carries weight!!!

Best vegan in OKC so far. I give them a 10 out of 10… Food is hot flavorful and if you are looking for good vegan food this is the spot. bang bang taco was hot, fresh, flavorful, sauce really pulled the flavor out of the palm of heart. The garlic herb fries are so good that if they did get cold you could eat them cold and there still delicious. The Pina colada lemonade take just like it was supposed to no syrup justice fruit. I definitely recommend this location to all my vegan/plant based and vegan curious peeps

I got a oyster mushroom burger, garlic parm fries, Kane seitan burger, and hibiscustea.
They forgot my hibiscus tea but it was refunded back to me!
The oyster mushroom was AMAZING but the seitan burger didn’t taste right it wasn’t seasoned and the parmesan could’ve been melted
Overall it was a 7.5
Update : a man from this establishment called me about my review. He asked what I didnt like I stated the sandwich was bland and didnt have alot of flavor. He then proceeded to blame me and say it was bc my order was sitting for “45mins”. He had terrible customer service and wanted me to give the business a 4 star rating in return he would refund me for the bad experience. Instead of just providing great customer service he wants me to lie about my experience. I will not EVER be returning back there .

I recently ate lunch here with my wife (vegan), and our two sons. She had eaten at Beet Box once before, though we hadn’t. Here are the Pros and Cons of the visit.
Pros: The restaurant was very clean and the ambient temperature was nice, neither too hot nor too cold. There were plenty of items to choose from on the menu. The food was VERY yummy, and the portions were larger than I was expecting, thankfully. My tastebuds and tummy were both satisfied. Most of the entree prices were in the ballpark of $11-$15 or so- what I would expect to pay most anywhere for lunch.
Cons: While I wouldn’t call the woman behind the counter rude, I will say that she wasn’t particularly friendly either. She struck me as bored and not wanting to be there, so I was surprised to see from several of the wall photos that she was actually one of the owners. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but a smile for customers who are choosing to patronize the restaurant would have been nice. My wife commented that the only other time she had eaten there, the other owner, a man, had seemed the same way.
We waited just over 20 minutes for our food to arrive, despite there only being three occupied tables. Luckily the food was worth the wait.
Because of the cleanliness, the ambient temp, and the quality of the food, including portion size, I’ll give this a solid 4/5. For now I wouldn’t hesitate to return, though I will say that another trip there without a smile for a paying customer might motivate me to look elsewhere in the future.

I had an amazing experience at The Beet Box. I was skeptical about Chickless sandwich but it had good flavor. I like the fact you can choose a spicy or regular ‘Chick’. The sweet potato tots were delicious and the garlic & herb fries were well seasoned. Combines the fries with the vegan honey mustard, thank me later! Their homemade lemonade was also really good.
To my surprise the owner came out to take my order and again to hand me my food. The restaurant was a decent size with enough room for several tables to eat-in.
I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a healthier way to indulge in comfort food, 9/10 experience.

Delicious!!! I just came from Arizona and was looking for a vegan restaurant in the area. This place did not disappoint! Big “chicken” sandwich with great flavor! I absolutely loved the sweet potato tots! The drink was good! I could only eat half and I was full! I will be back!

Incredible would be an understatement for the amount of flavor and care that goes into this food. My wife and I were excited to try this place out for the first time and it did not disappoint. It’s my new favorite restaurant in town.
I got the black bean burger with sweet potato tots and she got the chicken burger with honey mustard and a half order of their bang bang tacos.
When I took my first bite, I immediately sink into my chair. My burger was better than a non vegan burger. The savory bean patty was killing it’s flavor profile. On top of that, the fresh veggies that were sliced on top had a crisp crunch. The sweet potato tots with their “Kane’s” sauce were light and fluffy. Perfectly crisp on the outside.
I tried a bite of my wife’s chicken burger and her taco. I made get trade me half of her burger for half of mine because it was so good.
The owners were awesome too! So nice and polite. They suggested things for us to try and I took them up on the suggestion for the mango lemonade. IT’S LIKE DESSERT IT’S SO GOOD!! We’ll definitely be coming back.
