Love this place, come all the time, but the first night our food was not well. Cold burger and fries, and steak bites was pretty much soup. My pita bread was soggy soaked in whatever this is with my steak bites. Not zip sauce I know that.

Some of the food was great, some was good, nothing was bad. Scotch eggs are amazing, Mac and cheese was good. Burger was great, old fashion was okay ish. Pizza was fine, salad was good. Beer selection is a little thin, that’s understandable. Of everything, the service was the highlight. We rarely have as good of service, as attentive of servers. This local franchise is great, look forward to eating here again our next trip up here.

They were so kind. A gentleman brought me a chair and offered a water or soft drink because they had a backup in the kitchen due to the amount of people in the restaurant. I had carryout.

Wow! What a gem! Folks are missing out on fabulous food and wonderful service! Seriously would recommend! Chicken tenders are huge and tasty! Mac N Cheese is definitely home made and oh so good! Alexis our server was so patient and kind!

From the moment we were seated, Catalina made us feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of without ever feeling rushed or interrupted. She greeted us with a warm smile, introduced herself right away, and carried such a positive, calm energy throughout the entire experience.
Catalina was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and clearly cared about helping us choose something we would really enjoy. She made thoughtful recommendations, explained dishes in detail, and answered every question with patience and confidence. It never felt rehearsed — it felt like she truly cared about making our meal special.
What stood out most was her attention to detail. Our drinks were always refilled before we even needed to ask, plates were cleared promptly, and she checked in at the perfect times — just enough to ensure everything was great but never intrusive. Catalina anticipated what we needed before we even asked, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and awareness.
Beyond the technical side of service, Catalina has a genuine warmth and authenticity that is rare to come by. She treated us like valued guests, not just another table to rotate through. Her kindness felt sincere, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work and in creating a memorable experience for everyone she serves.
Excellent food and atmosphere are important, but service like Catalina’s is what truly makes a visit special and worth returning for. She turned a simple meal into a genuinely great experience, and because of her, we will absolutely be coming back — and requesting her if possible.

Update 05/2024 – I am not sure what changed here but the last two times we have visited, the service was slow and the food was not great. I am not adjusting my ratings yet because I am hopeful this is something unusal for them. This last time, we brought out of town relatives and were so embarrassed by the quality of food given how much we raved about it and the service.
Update 02/2023 – Jonna’s has become a fav place to go. Food excellent, staff great (shout out to Melissa and Kathy).
Update 12/2022 – watches the lions game, enjoyed drink specials and good food. tomato bisque soup was meh, would not get it again but Caesar Salad and Fattoush Salads were yummy.
Update 10/2022 – boneless chicken wings are outstanding and super moist. Friend said Nachos were meh, wouldn’t order them again and quesadilla steak quesadilla is fantastic.
Update 08/2022 – I don’t know why it is been so long since we have been back. Had the Chicken Caesar Salad which was delish! Service was great.
Smaller than we expected inside but really clean and fully stocked bar. They have daily specials and their pricing was reasonable. I had a Turkey Melt (forgot to take a pic) and fries. The fries looked and tasted like McDonald’s- yum! The burger could have used more seasoning but was cooked perfectly. Husband had The Works pizza (remembered to take a pic after he was two slices in) – a bit undercooked but probably because it was loaded with toppings. We sat at the bar (no tables available) and Melissa waited on us – she was great – super nice and sweet. We will be back for sure!

I ordered online for the first time last night and got pizzas, a Hawaiian and a veggie, and also some cheese bread! Everything was really amazing and tasted great the next day also! The service was fast for a Friday night even when it was very busy inside and I’m just so glad we tried it, this is my new favorite pizza!!!! And I can’t wait to try their other food also, they have a great variety available!

I got the steak sandwich and was very underwhelmed. No seasoning on the steak, and no sauce on the sandwich so it was quite plain and dry. Large chunks of meat while tender, not my first choice in a sandwich. The fries were underdone and a bit soggy, thrown on top of the pickle to get hot and wilted.
