The Barrel Factory was built in 1903 in the Old First Ward of Buffalo, NY, near the legendary Buffalo River. You gotta come here for brunch. I had the veggie strudel and my friend had the mushroom tart. Both delicious! And of course we took advantage if the 2 for 1 mimosas. 😉

What. An. Amazing. Night. This was our pick for our weekly date night, and we could not have been more impressed, or had a nicer time out. Both of us expected a rustic themed, enjoyable evening but neither of us expected to have one of the best meals we’ve had in ages. This was our first time here, and it certainly won’t be our last. The atmosphere is inviting and warm, and the charm of the industrial factory mixed with hidden side street gem hit you to your core.

Went for a bridal shower in the event center, which is on the 2nd floor. They have an elevator to use. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. The food was delicious! This place would be very cute for a wedding or even prom. Parking is as good as can be. Not in an uncomfortable. Neighborhood. I would like to go back to have dinner and enjoy the restaurant part.

It was SO good. I got the seared salmon with roasted veggies and rice. One of the best meals I’ve had from a restaurant in a very long time. We also had the apple pie barrel roll which came with vanilla bean ice cream; amazing. Will definitely be going back!

Very cool bar. We went on St. Patrick’s day. Live music on the top floor was great. Bartenders were fast and good. Drinks were good and reasonably priced.

Where to begin. First time here, and the last. After NINETY minutes of waiting for EVERYTHING, we finally walked out. Was 25 minutes after we were seated to even be addressed. I told my wife, this is a sign and let’s leave.

We had our wedding at the barrel factory last month & couldn’t be happier. Andi & her team took care of everything from decor to drink choices. Our guests loved the space & it was nothing short of perfect for our wedding reception. Everything looked beautiful in the event space & we were taken care of from start to finish. Would 100% recommend!

A pretty disappointing Birthday dinner. I left still hungry. The atmosphere was nice but the food was upsetting. The portion size for the cost that you receive makes you feel like you got a kids meal for the price of an adult. I ordered chicken piccata and only received half of a chicken breast maybe 8 tiny orb carrots and four teeny tiny triangles of red potato, that was all. There was supposed to be some bread and butter, but I didn’t get that the end of the meal. I thought there was a mistake with my meal size but nope it was intentional. We also ordered some brisket, that seemed have been sitting in a pile of salt, same small portion but given the intensity of the salt we just left most of it, poor birthday girl. And the time it took to get the meal was just way too long, what a let down. Between the high cost and meager portions we felt offended. I mean come on guys!?! I am 5 ‘2 – 110 pounds. I don’t even eat much but this was a joke. After saying something, I got a few more potatoes in a little side dish. I really wanted to love this place, but I can tell how they are just too greedy. Nevertheless, I will not return. Value your money and go somewhere else it’s just not worth it.

Visited here for the first time. Tried the fish fry. Would have to rate it average if that. My wife had the same. Once again average. The couple that was with us thought their meal was good. Not great. Tried summer of their home made beer. It was good. Been to several distilleries in Buffalo and this was just average. Service was filled with several mistakes on the order. They apologized and bought us a round on the house so that was good. Venue was great. Able to sit outside or inside.
