Didn’t get coffee, but I did get the Mint Berry Lemonade, which was delicious and not overly sugary. Ordered the The Burge, also delicious. Tried a few of their bake good as well. So, in a nutshell, everything was delicious! Give it a try!

Take a look at this weak bacon egg and cheese. They sprinkled a few pieces of cheese on there, two skinny pieces of bacon, and a poorly cooked egg. Hard to tell from the pic, but the bagel was barely a step above cardboard. How can a place that calls itself a bake shop get something so simple so wrong? For some reason the line is always out the door, so if you value your time, money, or taste buds, do not bother. Hope this helps!

For amazing sourdough, great coffee, super friendly and fast service (even when the line is out the door), don’t go anywhere else.

Kind of the spot that you visit and the people working there think you are an interruption to life. I’m maybe third in line as the cashier spends, I’m not kidding, 10 minutes talking to the first person in line about her weekend. They were obviously friends catching up. Which is wonderful. If you can do it while you do your job. Unfortunately, the 11 of us waiting got an update on your lives. Interesting, but more an interruption in my life. Very glad you could catch up, but I think when I pay I’m called a Customer. I’m chill, but I too had a life to catch up on this weekend. By the time the chit chat was done and then they needed to rehash things with the person making the coffee drink, I was done with the social hour. But, the caffeinated drink was tasty and certainly took less time than if I had to go somewhere else to start over. In fact, I should have tried one of their lovely baked goods. The bakers looked to be working hard, so I should have at least enjoyed the fruits of their efforts.

Freshly baked bagels and pastries! The chai in the latte could have been more pronounced and the price could have been more affordable. Nevertheless, I highly recommend trying their bread selection.

Was running errands and was headed to another place for coffee but stopped here. Was nice to see a bakery that offered more than just sweet items to enjoy. My daughter and I ordered bagel w/ cream cheese, focaccia, a sticky bun and a maple coffee. Total was around $30. My daughter said she enjoyed the bagel as if was fluffy and fresh. The focaccia was good when I took it home to heat it up. I added some extra olive oil and artichokes to it and it was yummy. Definitely made fresh. I got the sticky bun for the husb’s, he eats everything sweet and ate it so quick couldn’t get a question out so I’m sure that was delicious too. My only sad face goes to the coffee. The size was to small for a real coffee drinker like myself and it was not a very strong roast. I asked for 3 shots and told I’d be charged for 4, so I said just give it all to me since I’m paying. I assumed it would be very strong, but it wasn’t. Very light actually with just a hint of maple. I definitely want to go back and try another roast because maybe it was just that coffee. I loved the all the options they had and I’ll definitely go back.

The baked goods were excellent. We tried the ham and cheddar scone and the blueberry tart. Unfortunately service was very, very slow, and the bagels need work. My everything bagel was a little burnt on the bottom, and the schmear was quite stingy (see pic). Overall ok, but definitely would not want to wait 20-30 minutes for that bagel again.

Had a Poppy Seed Bagel and it was pretty good. Decent size, nice flavor, super fresh, and toasted and buttered perfectly! I also saw a nice selection of other menu items that I’d like to try in the very near future. The only con I have is paying almost $5 for a toasted buttered bagel.

They have a great selection of sandwiches and pastries, but their bagels are incredibly dry (clearly not boiled) and they fail to compensate by adding the smallest smidge of sauce. Genuinely never had drier sandwiches/bagels for such a high price point. Their baked goods are hit or miss but the coffee is tasty. I love that they’re bringing gourmet pastries and sandwiches to the burg but the execution needs some help.

The big bird sandwich was so ick it had chunks of cold chicken that kept falling out with a burnt piece of tomato and a super greasy and chewy bagel (because they were out of almost every option for bread at 2pm).. first and most likely last time going here. Worst bagel I’ve ever had.
