We ordered a substantial amount of food and it tasted really good.
We were absolutely not happy with the calamari as it was freaking rubbery which means that it was super overcooked.
We ordered six of the specialty rolls of sushi. They were all really good.
The ramen was extremely good as well.
The service was kind of subpar and a really shouldn’t have tipped but I did. Next time I’m not going to.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I tried the sushi, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh and beautifully presented.
The service was outstanding: attentive, fast, and very friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from sushi and fried rice to ramen and more, making it a great spot for different tastes. I highly recommend!

I can confidently say this is the best restaurant in Salina. I live out of Los Angeles and had to come back for family. Just want to thank Koi for being a place we can consistently get great food and service.

It was fantastic. This was a wonderful experience. I always wanted to try ramen that wasn’t made at my house and cheap stuff, aka “top ramen”. The sushi was amazing. We are happy with our dinner. The waitress was attending but not annoying or bothering. My drink was filled when it needed to be, and she was polite. 1,000/10 if you love ramen and sushi, you need to try this place. My boyfriend and I are 1000% coming back here again!! The atmosphere was calm and lovely!!!

They have really good ramen and eggs. I always get extra. They are nice as well. I typically get their ramen a couple times a month as it’s a must! The only con about summer coming is that It’ll be too hot for ramen.

We love this place! Noodles, rice bowls, sushi – everything we’ve ever tried has been delicious! The prices are good, service is fast. They’re open a little later which is great for my family. It’s one of our favorite places to eat! My 12-year-old loves their sushi rolls.

We had a party of 10, and it wasn’t a problem they pulled together 2 tables real quick, and we were promptly seated and served.
Everything was delightful! We ordered multiple things and were pleased with everything, which isn’t very common. Would definitely eat here again and recommend it to others. The only thing our party had to be critical of was that the shrimp weren’t deveined and that grossed out some of our girls. So be aware of that when ordering.
If you like sushi, get the phoenix roll you won’t be disappointed. The seafood ramen and the spicy chicken bowl were crowd pleasers as well.

I’m so angry I order from this place all the time and while the food is good they always forget something if I ordered seaweed salad I get the crab salad I get the pork Ramen every single time and every single time it’s missing one element whether it be bok choy, bean, Sprouts, mushrooms this time they forgot the PORK!!! I hate this so much because I want to love it and it just is not consistent. See photos with no pork and a couple sad leaves of bok choy. Please do better.

Doing some shopping in Salina on March 29, 25, we found Koi Ramen right along the highway. We ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen, and the Koi Fried Rice. Food portions were adequate and full of flavor. We lucked out and arrived just before the lunch rush. The attendant was very helpful, cordial and timely. We will visit again when I’m this area.
