I Decided to Take The Train on the Hayes Branch Line from Eden Park Station, Near to the Hospital to Hayes in Old Pre Greater London Times What Used to be In Kent, the End of the Line. I Got the Bus 2 Stops Down the Road to the Station.
I had The Most Delicious 4 Course Thai Cuisine. I had Prawn Crackers to Appetize, Followed by Prawn Tempura, Then Chicken Pad Thai and Lastly Chocolate Ice Cream…. All Washed Down with Lemonade. It Was Absolutely Delicious.
The Vibe Reminded Me of Chims in Cheam Village back at My Hometown of Sutton.
When It Came to Enquiring re the Bill ….. Somebody Paid for My Entire Meal at The Restaurant Who Was Dining in a Big Party With What Looked Like a Member of Staff because I observed her going to the Back of the Restaurant.
I Asked the Owner / Waiter Many Times and He Assured me It Was Paid By Some Nice Gentleman In a Big Party. The Gentleman Confirmed and We Shook Hands…… I Thanked Him…..

What a lovely little place! We enjoyed all of the food we had, and we ordered a lot. Helpfully we were given the leftovers in a takeaway box so it didn’t go to waste. A good variety of wine choices and even the house white was enjoyable. Pretty decor with a nice cosy atmosphere, will definitely visit again. Thank you!

I’ve been to Thailand many, many, times and this places offers the best Thai I’ve eaten anywhere – even better than those ‘high end’ Thai restaurants. The dining room is lovely and service is really warm and friendly. The chef is Thai and the menu is extensive – with many dishes I’ve never seen before. Portions are generous but it’s still worth ordering a few extra dishes as the range of flavours and options is impressive – way beyond the usual Thai curries and pad Thai (although they are great here). Definitely a place to keep going back to, as we have, to try different dishes. I hope they open in more locations. Definitely the best Thai out there.

We had dinner here on a Saturday; the restaurant was quite busy and the staff were really friendly. Food were amazing, really recommened the sharing platter, very generous with the portion. I ordered the crying tiger and it was great. The atmosphere is veey authenthic, staff and ambiancec was good. Would come back again for group party. Thank you so much.

We went for the first time last night a lovely ambience and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The starters and main course were absolutely superb.
The only blot on the evening was the party of three sat near us the man was very arrogant and ignorant and spoiling for a fight or a free meal with the staff.

We have eaten here many times before, and I must say that in the past it seemed a lot better. I’m a bit gutted as when we came in yesterday we had high hopes!
Thara Thai is lovely and this may have been a one off, but I think the customer service could be a bit warmer and also a few other details.
One of our dishes we ordered didn’t even come and was still left on the receipt at the end, the duck rolls were the smallest dish (one roll cut in half to make “rolls”) for the price of them, and the quality just wasn’t there overall this time.
The lunch set menu is normally superb so hopefully this improves in future

What a discovery! I never realized we’ve had such a jewel sitting on our doorsteps all this while. A chance discovery during an impromptu afternoon walk with the family led us to this wonderful thai place.
Firstly, food was delicious and tasty and we tried a good few. We had the seafood, chicken and meat tapas and every item tasted delish. Each came with a different curry dish; prawn red curry, chicken green curry and beef massaman. My son tried the stir fry flat noodles and emptied his plate except for a few vegetables and he’s a picky eater! All empty plates at the end of the meal.
Ambience was cosy and inviting and the staff we’re all helpful and friendly. They paid attention to wearing facemasks and a good thorough wipe down of tables after use.
Great experience and the wife is already planning a return!
