I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki through DoorDash from this restaurant, but what I received was completely different. Not only did they send the wrong item, but the sandwich was also only half of what I ordered, it wasn’t a footlong as requested. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times (about 10 times), but no one ever answered. Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

This Subway in Arden-Arcade delivered a surprisingly comforting experience. The sandwich was assembled with attention to detail, the vegetables fresh, and the bread warm with a soft aroma that reminded me of bakery mornings. So disappointed with this location. This is the second time I’ve ordered online and arrived home to find my meal wasn’t made correctly. It wasn’t prepared the way I selected, ingredients were missing, and the bread wasn’t even toasted. After repeated issues, I’d encourage others to try a different location.

14 dollar sandwich and barely had any meat on it. I usually go to one at other side of town, but this was on my way home from work. I could have door dash for a cheaper sandwich. That would have more meat.

I have an autistic friend that I bring here a couple nights a week. I send him in alone so he can practice ordering and help himself. I see the cashier from outside yelling and pointing her finger at him. He came out upset. I went to talk to her and she locked the door. She got upset that he spills a little when filling his drink. SO WHAT HE IS DISABLED LADY! Is it going to kill you to take a rag and wipe up. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

This is an expensive subway compared to others. They will over charge you in order to negate the value of your coupon. Also caught cashier charging my 11 year old
Son for a foot long he was paying for himself that was only a six inch. Second time in a row being overcharged here. Never going back. They are extremely stingy. You might as well go get a higher quality sandwich if you going to get charged $17.

Small location but very clean, fast and friendly service. I read a few reviews concerning coupons so I was hesitant to use them here but the Latina lady offered to scan my coupon before I ordered and it went through! The coupons say that they’re valid on participating locations so it’s understandable when they don’t go through, it’s not the sandwich artist fault that some coupons aren’t valid. I enjoyed my sandwich very much, definitely coming back soon.

Me my girlfriend walked in and the first thing we asked if they were closed and they said no. 10 minutes into making our sandwiches (we only ordered for which we’re just on the menu nothing custom) she says that they were closing at 8:15 even though Google says 9:00 because they need 45 minutes to prep.
I put my years into food service and you don’t need 45 minutes to prep nor close. If they wanted to just say they were lazy I would have accepted it that’s fine you don’t have to lie about it.. One of them didn’t toast our bacon, put it on the sandwich, and just kept prepping for close while the other one continuously looked at the menu while making our sandwiches, because she didn’t know the menu. 45 minutes into asking for our orders, we left.
Kind of insane. Never had this experience at any Subway, even the poorly rated ones.
Just say you’re lazy, not that you’re closed 45 minutes early. I know how it is, ive worked good service for years.
