Such an awesome experience. Me and my wife we’re looking for somewhere in town besides pizza, which is great but every day? we needed a change and we stopped into this little quaint restaurant and took our chances on ordering dishes. we did not eat prior and boy were we amazed with the service that we were given and the meal itself and the way it was presented was beyond our expectations. They had such a reasonable price for the meals that we will continue to find our way back to this beautiful restaurant for more dishes and some good laughs. Thank you guys and we look forward to seeing you guys again keep up the great service!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was hesitant to follow through with my purchase after seeing mice run around the from of the establishment but was hoping for a better experience than what the exterior provided. What was supposed to be a first and exciting camping trip turned dreadful after visiting this place. We were excited to try a new place in a new town. My meal was given incorrectly & not to my satisfaction. When I called, the employee provided me with the owners number. When I called the owner explained to me that she would give me a refund on the single meal when she returned to the store. On my fourth time calling a bit later I was yelled at and hung up on by one of the employees which were explaining that they could do nothing else to help. I explained that the owner said she would refund me when she returned to the store, he explained that it most likely will not be possible and that the owner is still not there. 2 minutes later I receive a phone call from the owner explaining that she cannot give me a refund unless she has seen the meal. I told her I understood completely but was too far and occupied to return to her store and asked if I could send her a picture. She agreed. At this point it has been hours since I was attempting to correct this issue. Afterwards I was also explaining to her that the customer service I had received is one in which I had never experienced before. After being told that there is not much they can do for an unsatisfied customer, purposefully ignored by all the individuals in store when calling this establishment, sworn at by the owner, cussed out by all employees, hung up on, and threatened. The picture of my food has been sent to the owner as promised and once again I am being ignored I really do hope that they can work on caring for the people they serve. As an adult, wife, and mother to be I extremely recommend that you look elsewhere when looking for if you’d like to refrain for difficulties. 1. People with genuine customer service and 2. A respectful heart.

Great addition to a small town overrun with “pizza joints”. I’ve had authentic Thai food and Thai Royal absolutely stands up and delivers! I have been going there for YEARS (since it was Thai Time) and not once have I had a bad experience. The food is consistent and delicious! Great portions and quality for the prices! The staff/owners are always nice and personable. I’ve never had to wait longer than 35 mins for take out no matter how busy it is. They aim to please amd this is by far my favorite restaurant in town. Thank you Thai Royal for such exceptional food and service! I wish you many years of prosperity.

We have a consistently delicious experience every time we order from Thai Royal. I’ve enjoyed many different items and they’re always hot, flavorful and just delightful. My favorites are the Duck Pho, Lion City, Pad Thai, Yellow Curry and the Tom Yum soup, but I plan to try everything on the menu at some point. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! The food is delicious. For a special treat that is new and not on their menu, there is the Thai Hot Tea (only cold is on menu). Ask for this wonderful hot tea if you not in a rush since it is made to order making it fresh. It is really something special.
