Food was pretty good and service was good too. Great place to get sushi, they have a lot of options for sushi. If you aren’t into raw sushi, they have a decent amount of cooked sushi, udon, teriyaki, and rice dishes.

I enjoy the many rolls Sakura offers, it’s a cute little spot and is overall probably my favorite sushi spot in the burg. I love raw and cooked. If you love raw you gotta try the Sakura roll (comes without rice) it was delicious !

Out of all of the sushi restaurants in Hattiesburg, this is by far the best! The atmosphere is great, I always feel comfortable and at home when dining with them! Family run, and they are the nicest people. We really love their crab Isobe, the rock n roll, and the volcano roll.

My friend and I went for dinner at this place and ordered the tuna tataki among other things. When the dish came it looked and tasted horrible, so we kindly asked to return it. The waiter was unbelievably rude to us shouting that “that’s the food and if we don’t know about it then we shouldn’t order it and we’re gonna pay for it regardless because there’s nothing wrong with the food” then my friend went to talk to the manager and while she was there the waiter came back and started talking badly about us to the table next to us, mocking us and asking them “how’s the tuna it’s good right because those ladies complained “ even though they didn’t even order the same dish.

i enjoyed the cajun roll and the volcano roll. the shumai was good, but the rolls are pretty small and made me quite homesick for texas dim sum. i was hesitant to try this place but i’m glad i did, i would definitely go again!
