Worst Dining Experience Ever — Rude Owner, Slow Service, and Unbelievable Policy. Paid for restaurant’s price to receive the foodcourt service.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The woman who took our order — possibly the owner — was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional from the very beginning. When we asked simple questions, she completely ignored us. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet it took 45 minutes to get just three dishes, and not a single apology or explanation was offered. We tried to follow up several times, but she acted like we weren’t even there. It felt more like begging for food than being a paying customer.
To make things worse, they force an 18% tip for dine-in orders (clearly printed on a big sign at the counter) and also have a ridiculous notice saying no restroom available for customers. Seriously, what kind of place treats people like this? I will never come back, and honestly, I wish I had never walked into this restaurant

Our family loves Thai food and this place is the most authentic we’ve had in NW Houston! The Pad Thai, Larb, cucumber salad, sticky rice, egg rolls….soooo good! Ordered extra to go. Owner was very kind and chatted w/ us for awhile. Explained how they had to relocate to hwy6 after harvy flood and start over. Great food, great price, and family owned. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

Nice, small restaurant with no-frills seating. Clean. This is the secret place to go to if you want authentic Thai cuisine! Large menu. We had shrimp Pad Thai, beef with mixed vegetables, curry puffs, and fried rice and egg rolls to go! Great experience!

Great small Thai restaurant with delicious dishes! My favorites were the Fried dumplings which were tasty and crispy, served with a delicious soy sauce. Also the Thai tea was very good in my opinion. The Pad See Ew was good and a big portion that will surely fill you up. I enjoy the Pad Prik Khing dish at a local Thai place so I decided to try it here, but I am not sure if I’ll get it again since I am accustomed to a different flavor. Also, spicy levels are quite a bit spicier here, tried the medium spicy and it was a little too much for me. To end this review I want to say that I was so happy in the customer service that I received, just truly appreciated that they offered to make the dish less spicy without having to ask, it is this gesture that really made me feel that they care for their customers and have a genuine interest in making them happy. Thank you.

Unassuming restaurant serving delicious lunches to hungry patrons. Order Thai fried rice as the name suggests. We had the crawfish fried rice, the fried tofu, fish cake, garlic fried rice, and coconut water, which had chunks of coconut meat. The coconut water was refreshing and recommended to go with these heavier dishes.

My wife and I came here to eat dinner. We ordered the chicken curry puff app and it was amazing. The breading was perfect. I got the pineapple shrimp curry and it was pretty good. A little spicy for my taste and a little lack luster on things inside of it but the flavor was really good. My wife got the eggplant stir fry and she really enjoyed it, the flavor of the sauce on everything was amazing. Next time we go were going to just get a bunch of apps

What a wonderful day. I found this new Thai restaurant unexpectedly. This is the authentic Thai taste. I’m Thai so I know how the Thai street food tastes like. I ordered the Pad Kra Pow with pork. I did asked for the ground pork but they don’t have it. However, the chef was chopping the pork for me. How nice! The Pad Kra Pow and Tom Yum soup with chicken taste so good. Recommend!! I added this place as one of my favorite Thai restaurant in Houston. It’s located opposite to the Mr.Car Wash. Nice atmosphere, lots of parking spaces.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would have I walked in just to get a menu with my emotional support animal because I have epilepsy and soon as I open the door, the owner just shaking her head and all I asked her for was a menu not to see sad establishment to eat or anything, but it’s just so funny how people are treated and it’s ridiculous. I will never ever go to this place again to give any of my business.
