Affordable lunch meal on a weekday. Lots of people ordered takeout so the kitchen was quite busy. Nevertheless, our food came out quickly. The thai chicken eggplant medium spicy is pretty spicy.

Excellent food choices. Flavors and aroma filled the restaurant. We enjoyed the spring rolls served with a very nice side salad dressed with sesame oils. Main courses were the pan Thai noodles and chicken with peanut sauce over cooked vegetables. Will return!

The food was superb and the service was fast and our server is very friendly. We came 10 minutes early and they greeted us nicely and the seating in patio was very nice. Will definitely come in again with friends and family.

Horrible food for the price. Crispy calamari felt deep fried twice. Too much batter. Same dipping sauce for both the calamari and the potstickers. The salad dressing on the side felt like a simple syrup. Was really that sweet! Thai ice tea was the only thing on point. The fried rice was made out of kitchen scraps. Literally never seen 2 different cuts of carrot and huge chunks of broccoli in a fried rice before! Huge, black pieces of sweet corn shoved in too! The cucumber in the Thai basil chicken dish was rotten! Like Literally falling apart rotten! Really not impressed. Paid 50 bucks for that nasty dinner. Never going back. Better to eat at panda express and save money!

This was the most tasteless pad thai I’ve ordered so far. I don’t remember the food being this bland and underwhelming, but maybe its a sign of the times. The mighty has fallen, and I am now on the search for authentic thai in downtown Phoenix!

Just moved to Phoenix and have been searching for great Thai food, I found it. Had the super awesome lunch special, crab fried rice with a salad and spring roll. I will definitely become a regular.

Our service was poor, the masaman curry was very watery and both of our fried banana desserts were raw. The manager did refund one but charge us for the other one because our kid ate a piece before we noticed. We will definitely not come back to spend your $100 here again.

I ordered the pad Thai, curry, and salad. The salad and curry were great! But the pad Thai is very bland. I could hardly taste any thing

Well I suppose it was a matter of time before my luck ran out at Thai Basil. Today was my first order from this location. I ordered my usual pad Thai with chicken through Door Dash. It arrived with the box open so the food was not even remotely hot upon arrival. It was completely inedible to me due to the amount of fish sauce. I tried pawning it off to my sister and she agrees that it is inedible.
