So usually the food is pretty good but I haven’t been in a while and it’s kinda down hill . So to start there was no hostess at the front . Which I understand Ive worked in food service before . But I stood up front for like 5 mins before anyone came up and greeted us . A server came up and gave us to-go menus and said you can look at these while I find a table and silverware . We were seated we had the sweetest server . We ordered the combo app and you could tell the food sat in the window , the potato skins were under cooked and the wings were over cooked and very dry . We ate maybe less then half because we were hungry but usually it’s the best thing on the menu . We got our entrees and my husband burger was cooked wronged and completely charred and burnt. The sever made us a new one but the fries were the same old ones that were sent bag and the burger was still burnt . I ordered ribs they were dry again I just think they sat in the window. The server was great honestly

This is what was delivered to me. I ordered the appetizer for $16.44 of the jack Daniel chicken strip. This is $8 to say the least. I’ve order b4 thru doordash and never recd this size portion. Not happy at all.

Appetizer choice of whiskey sesame chicken could not have been better! Steak was cooked to perfection also. Emily, the server, was attentive and aided to making the night out enjoyable. Definitely will be returning.

We have had good experiences here before, so my wife and I decided to stop once again. We were seated fairly quickly but waited a while for the waitress. She was not very friendly.

The food was cool my order came out and half way through they remembered they forgot to put the onion rings on my sandwich. We pretty much got one glass of water when we got seated and was not offered another we had to ask after we got our. Now. the end, the manager was very nice explaining the chance in the rewards program to my mother in law.

Haven’t been in, in a while. The hostess was very rude. Just threw our menus on the table and walked away. Guess this was are table. The waitress brought the wrong drinks. Asked for sweet tea and water, got coke and regular tea. Food was good.

Friendly server. Service was slow. For the money I spent, portions were very small. Food tasted like it came out of the freezer, into the microwave, onto the plate. Very generic quality. For that kind of money ($78 for two soft drinks, an appetizer, two entrees and tip), I’ll go somewhere that I know has good quality food and portions. In general, the experience has gone down hill considerably in the past few years. Sorry. Will not come back. Will not recommend.
