Place was dead today, on a Sunday. 2 tables. Steak on Menu showed $29.99, charged 31.49.. Wife wings were deplorable. Place was also super cold. AC must’ve been on lowest setting. Haven’t been here there since 2003,, looks the same. Dead chain.

This place has gone downhill. The first red flag should have been how empty it was on a Friday evening at dinner time. We were seated immediately, which was nice, and the server was very attentive and very nice. There is no complaints on our server, but the FOOD yuck. It was all so plain and lacked Flavor. My Mac and cheese that i paid extra for was COLD and tasted disgusting. The only thing i enjoyed and what i usually would go here for is the whiskey glaced ribs. But unfortunately, I will not be going back. It’s just not what it used to be. Food was definitely not it anymore. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade that was watered down which i exchanged for a sprite. My partner did not enjoy his meal either.

The hostess seated us promptly and our server Sierra greeted us so warmly. She was professional and kept checking in on how we were doing. The restaurant was busy but staff kept it clean and made sure the guests were attended to. The food was not the best. I ordered the chicken pasta meal which was needed sauce and had no flavor.

Our family experience was okay. Once we entered the restaurant & the waitress took our drink order. We had more ice than drink (forgot to take pic). Everyone’s food was on time except my husband. His food took @ least 30mins after we have been sitting for 25-30mins. The was fresh & fulfilling. The waitress did not follow up to ensure we had drinks consistently. We had to ask another waitress to get our waitress attention so we can get refills. Then she seemed a little frustrated after coming to our table when asked for refills & refills on condiments. Overall, food was okay but service was not so great. We probably will not return to this location but we may try another. Also, there health inspection score has NOT been updated since 4/21/2021. We hope they maintain the 90 something since food experience was postive.

Service was terrible at this particular Fridays. Server was more concerned flipping through her phone than serving customers. I was watching her standing at the back. I usually always give a good tip but in her case she didn’t get anything. Food was on point though and not raw like at some other locations.

five stars isn’t enough to show my gratitude for the staff. i celebrated my 18th birthday, wearing all pink and excited for the night, and the staff were more than staff, they treated us like family. they really took care of us, especially with how rough times are right now. i cant thank you guys enough. to anyone reading this, the food is amazing and the people are even better
