My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate my granddaughter’s 7th birthday. It’s not an establishment I’d been to before but arrived 45 minutes before the time of the 4 o’clock party. I was told they don’t take reservations and to come back close to 4. I did return to the hostess table at 3:45 and was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. This was very frustrating as arriving early was so that the whole party didn’t have to wait. I was at the restaurant for at least an hour and a half and the rest of the party for about 40 minutes before we were ever seated.

When first walked in, there were workers standing around, not doing anything and there were about 2 small parties ahead of us waiting to be seated. The restaurant was not too full as far as patrons. Could be low on staff, but not sure. Plenty of empty seats. One party ahead of us left because of the wait. Eventually we got seated. Then we waited for about 20 minutes before someone came to assist us at our table.

First time going to TGIF. I didn’t order any food, so i can’t attest to that portion. Stopped in for a quick drink and to meet up with friends. Cuba libre for $4 is an excellent price and was very good. Bar staff was energetic and attentive. Nice atmosphere and appeared very clean.

I like TGI Fridays, but I have not been to one in years. I ordered the wings with the sauce on the side, a house salad, and a margarita. Everything tasted fine, but I feel like it could have been better. The wings would have been really good if they would have put a little seasoning on them, without it, even with the sauce added, were a bit bland. The salad was decent also, and the margarita was ok. Overall I just felt like it all lacked something. I didn’t hate it, and I don’t have anything bad to say about it, I just wasn’t leaving with the feeling that I had just experienced a great meal.

Took over 5 minutes to greeted. When I sat down with my friends initially the one side of the booth was very wobbly. Which should’ve been my first sign to run. Our server was nice and really tried her best. But the food took over 15 minutes to get apps and over 30 to get our entrees. Alcoholic beverages are overall sweet and just not worth it. Save your coins and go to Harpers, 913, etc.

The Jack Daniel’s glaze sauce is to die for. Not only was it on my grilled chicken but I also went through 2 ramekins of it to dip everything in including my loaded mashed potatoes and my buttery garlic broccoli. Everything was delivered properly and on time and a sweet tea was also very good. Thank-you server Malachi.

This Fridays is a hit and miss. We have gotten really good service here on weekday lunches however the last few times we’ve gone in the service has been awful. Staff stands around and is uninterested in ensuring a good experience. Orders take a long time to process and is blamed on the large amount of patrons of the restaurant. In which there are only 3 other tables in the whole place. Unfortunately this seems to be the new norm for chain restaurants now.

My server Malachi was less than attentive. He served our food without utensils or napkins and we waited at least 10 minutes for him to come back with the check and another 5 to pick up my credit card. When I offered him my opinion on his service my writing a note on my check he said I could have just told him or my manager. I told him that I was offering personal feedback before going to his manager. Next time I’ll just tell the manager. Terrible attitude.
