So me and some family members decided to meet up here to hangout and eat. Its not a bad spot.. for was priced decent. And it tasted ok..nothing to brag about. Service was nice. It was a decent average spot.. the night we went they had 50 cent wings. You have to get at least 10 for the deal. And this was on Monday night so if you want a inexpensive meal in a relaxed spot. This is a option for you.

I will start off by saying that our server Amber was fantastic, she really did her job well. We ordered wings which could have had more sauce but overall really good. I gave a 3 star rating for atmosphere because it was really dark except for the area by the bar.

From the start things were strange. Waited 10 minutes before we were noticed to be seated. Lady server was rude she wasn’t polite. Didn’t get refills on our drinks. Took awhile for our order. She kept saying passing by your order will be out soon. The bacon cheeseburger was good and fries were cold. Seemed off to get this kind of service when they weren’t busy.

I used to praise this restaurant for their quick service and their kindness. tonight they were rude and they lied to me 3 times about the eta on my food. I talked to a lady afterwards and she was obviously upset and she said she wished she could get her money back because it was taking so long. Could you imagine being held hostage because you bought food at a restaurant and they wouldn’t refund your money? Just wow. The one thing I noticed was that there was a new kitchen manager or i had never seen her before in the two years I’ve been coming here.

We came here because this is where my 10 yr old wanted to go for his birthday. Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes just to order some sodas. Then another 10 to order an appetizer and guess what, another 20 to order our main meal. Half the food came out while the other 3 of us waited 10 more minutes for our food. I had to chase the guy down for napkins. Our dirty plates scattered across the table, no refills for drinks. I don’t want to hear short staffed because there was literally 2 other couples in here with us and the waiter was standing behind his cubby by the bathrooms.

Wasnt very busy when we went in seated immediately we had a party of 4 but it took over 35 mins to get waited on. When ordering we were rushed and it took a while to receive I’ll food my guest paid cash and I paid via credit card waitress ask if my guest wanted there change back from a $100 off a $32 order like really and she charge a unauthorized tip on my card when I called the store manager he never refunded the unauthorized card tip be careful when paying here all I can say.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. My bacon cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and the fish and chips were pretty good according to the wife.We washed this all down with a yummy Maragita and a Bloody Mary that we both enjoyed. The waitress was attentive and if we are back in Chesapeake we surely would entertain the thought of going back.
