I just received my delivery order from Fridays!! Upset!! I ordered the blazing burger bundle. The burger was burnt, overloaded with jalapeno peppers!! I ordered aoili on the side, did not receive!! The ribs were dried out and the fries were supposed to be loaded, they came plain!! Not happy, especially with the charges for delivery!!

Overwhelming horrible customer service from EVERY angle. Server took 20 minutes to greet table. Bartender took OVER 30 minutes to make 1 drink. Manager nowhere to be found. Kitchen staff confused about orders. Customers walking into kitchen area. Open floorplan allowed me to watch every occupied table in the restaurant, only 8 BTW, experiencing a serious problem.

It’s really unfortunate that I have to write a bad review for a place I enjoyed going to. Today the services was ok, but when we had a problem with our drinks, we asked to speak to the manager. Ms. Cheryl the manager came to the table and instead of helping us she told her staff not serve us any drinks and did not give us our drinks back. Then when the bill came Ms.Cheryl kept the two drinks on the bill and refused to come back to the table to talk to us on why she kept the two drinks on the bill. Instead the server asked another supervisor to come but the other supervisor did not come to the table but did take off the two drinks . It’s sad to say that the management team today lacked leadership and competency.

The servers are busy socializing with each other instead of making sure the customer is ok. Had to ask for butter twice,she forgot cause the moment she walked away from the table, she started playing with her coworkers. Food is getting cold, waiting to make it tasty, and mashed potatoes should come with a side of butter anyway.

This is my neighborhood Fridays, which is located at Mondawmin Mall right near the Metro Station. It’s easily accessible, with great parking, and excellent service. The servers are friendly and attentive, and the manager is responsive. Whether Im there with my husband, BFF, or ordering delivery we ALWAYS get great service. I’ve only had 2 issues with this location in 5 years, and both were resolved:

From the time I entered the door it was down hill from there. Front door rugs need vacuum and windows need to be cleaned . Stayed waiting on someone to realize that customer service is really important. This is the second time I’ve been in this Friday’s and my last. It seems like since COVID customer service has gone down.
