While the food looked delicious, when it arrived it was cold. I mean it feels like the steaks were precooked because my meal came out within 10 minutes when the place was packed. They need to put proper portions on the loaded baked potato as well. My steak was cold and dry for a medium well cooked steak. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was great. Just the the last 2 times I have gone there the food has been cold. Serves also need to get trained. I had to keep asking for, fork and knife, spoon, lime, A1 sauce, and ext. Seemed like the staff was annoyed by me asking for these items. I just feel that they can do better on the food. At least microwave it behind my back…..

Excellent food, great service, but it was so loud in there I practically had to yell across the table. They have machines on each table now so you no longer have to wait for the check. Pretty handy.

As soon as we walked in and greeted the host she had a terrible attitude. The host sets the tone for your experience in the restaurant and she made us feel unwelcome. We waited about 30 minutes for the table. I know that host knew that I picked up on her attitude but I didn’t tell her anything and I know she made us wait longer than we had to because I made a face like why do you have to act that way. Then we get seated and the booth seat was all wet that we couldn’t sit. We requested another table and the waitress got so mad that we requested another table. We order an appetizer the onion blossom and it had a fried hair in it. The food we ordered was also not good. Our new waitress was nice. The overall experience was that the employees were not friendly or happy to work there. A manager did come out to apologize for the hair and offered another appetizer but who wants to eat after seeing that. My stomach hurt with the over all treatment and experience. This visit was on 7/31/23 between 4pm-5:30pm. The atmosphere of that restaurant was not a good feeling. Something needs to change starting with the host. She was wearing glasses and had such an ugly attitude of annoyance with people.

Best ribeye steaks all around, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The cesar salad is fresh, always a good addition to your diet. Kids love the bread and butter. Beer and cocktails are always good. Wait, time is about 10 minutes, and the service is one of the best.

We decided (last minute) to have my birthday dinner here on Saturday evening. The parking lot was full and there were several people waiting for tables, but I used the waitlist option on the app and it was super easy! After we were seated, Art came over right away and provided seamless service throughout our dinner. I was very impressed with the teamwork and positive vibe at this restaurant. My steak was cooked perfectly and our drinks were delicious!

We have been there plenty of times and never had any issues, that wasn’t the case this time. We waited 1hr to be sat (this was not the issue). When we were sat, they did not give us bread since it was still baking. Our server came and got our drink order and while we were waiting for our drinks we noticed every table around us was brought bread. We asked our server if we could get some bread and she scoffed ” you want more bread?” We let her know we never got any (there was no empty baskets on our table). After a while she came to get our order and that took another hour to be served. At this point our kids were frustrated and 1 no longer wanted to eat since she was sleepy. When we got our food, it was cold and the steak was horrible. It was cooked correctly but I’ve never had a steak with so much nerves in it! I let my coworker know how disappointed I was and she let me know she was actually going to be going for dinner on Monday ( I went the previous Friday) and she hoped it was better. She came back Tuesday morning and said it was horrible! Long waits, horrible service like us and the food was poor quality ( lots of nerves in the steak). I really hope Texas roadhouse gets it together and evaluates what theyre doing wrong as we enjoy going and getting rattle snake bites, an ice cold beer and steak.

While walking into the restaurant, I couldn’t help but notice the number of both booths n tables available n we waited for 30 minutes… After being seated, we waited another 15 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order. She was more concerned with helping the table next to us with 4 individual. She finally took our order n 15 – 20 minutes later the Manager himself (Adam) brought our order. We asked for an extra plate n it was dirty. When I told the Manager, he blamed the guys in the kitchen… go figure…. This place has terrible service n is highly overrated. Have you ever wonder, why all the servers hang around the registers?Check the pics, unfortunately you can’t see the dirty plate, but you can Adam, he’ll tell you, it was dirty.

Food is good when they get your steak temp. Correct. They are always messing up on my order. I’ve been visiting this location for a long time and they still haven’t learned to cook the steaks properly. Or maybe it’s just my luck. 3 times sent back and still nothing. We need BETTER steakhouses around here

Not one to complain but come on. 80 minutes waiting ( in the heat) for a table for 10. Then brought in to be seated in 2 separate tables. If you can’t give the service be up front about it. No signs of concern from anyone. So we drove down to Long Horn Steak House. Plenty of choices in town, putting up with bad service and a poor attitude towards patrons not one!

Got seated and table wasn’t clean after asking the guy to clean it he passed it with one wipe still leaving food. Crystal was our waiter and she only checked on us once. Waited 15 min just to pay and another 10 to receive my money back only to find out she didn’t give us the right change. Ended up just leaving because I wasn’t about to wait another 15 minutes. Start hiring employees that aren’t lazy and know how to count and give them more training on how to clean and be a server. Save your time and money
