We have been coming here for over 20 years specifically for the molcajete. It is always made to order and always has the same delicious flavor . You will not find this same flavor molcajete anywhere else. They offer a variety of mariscos but compared to other marisco restaurants they have a smaller menu. Definitely worth the drive for this amazing dish.

This one is a hard pass for me, unfortunately. Ordered the Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo (Garlic Olive Oil Shrimp) and had it w the house lime margarita.
Partner had guac, tampiqueña, and a Michelada. He was happy enough with his order. The guac, in particular, was fresh and tasty. But to my mind, the shrimp was overdone and plain. The refried beans and rice were also pretty plain, which just leaves the light ensalada. The amarillo salsa served with the chips is pretty good, although not enough to redeem the experience.

Delicious! The seafood tasted fresh and was seasoned well, and the servings were a great size for the price. Our server was really friendly and answered all our questions about different sauces and dishes. There were also a large variety of hot sauces (and salt) at the table if you want to season your food to your own liking. The fried tilapia I ordered didn’t only look good, it tasted great as well! Plus the bright colors of the restaurant interior gave our meal a very cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. Overall a very satisfying experience and would recommend to anyone looking for some quality seafood!
