Great staff. Not as many flavors as the dairy queen closer to me, but still good. Few benches to sit outside and even inside. I’ve never seen an indoor dairy queen!

Been going to this DQ for more years than I’d like to admit, haha but all kidding aside, it’s a fabulous place. Always clean, friendly, good service and great ice cream! Bonus, the grounds are beautiful, very garden-like and well manicured 😉

Great spot very friendly staff. My only issue is the 3% “convenience” fee to use your debit card, I think that’s a hunk of junk. Otherwise, they did a great job preparing the blizzards and were polite and helpful to everyone that walked in. Have tables inside or outside.

After a particularly hot late summer day, I found this Dairy Queen in Wyckoff to be most convenient. I enjoyed a strawberry sundae which really hit the spot. The seating was quite adequate, and service was polite and friendly. This particular Dairy Queen also has a drive thru. I found it to be a most enjoyable respite from the heat of the day.
One added piece of atmosphere to the outside of the building, and that is on the backside, where one can find a large statue of a bear enjoying an ice cream cone. Hey, what can I say? The bear knows something good when he has it, and the statue does bring about a few smiles.

By far our favorite Dairy Queen. The manager Bobby is amazing! He’s always so patient with customers and his employees. It’s really nice to see, especially in such a busy environment. Also, he’s been great at helping me order cakes over the years. He makes sure we get exactly what we want and always exceeds expectations. They are lucky to have him there because he really makes it a very welcoming environment to come into 🙂

Expectations vs reality couldn’t be truer at this location. My family drives to Ringwood rather than drive 2 minutes from our house to avoid this location. They are way too cheap compared to every other location with their pumps. Total rip off here. Go to Ringwood if you live in Wyckoff. The ice cream consistency is much better and they won’t take advantage of you. Just reading in these comments there is a credit card fee? Nobody ever told me that. For reference this is the size medium sundae you will get. I’ll report back with what every other DQ location gives as they should.

It was a great experience. They have a great process to get everyone taken care of in a timely fashion. There was a small line when I first got there and I thought I would wait long but to my surprise it was fairly quick. Got my ice cream and went about my way with the nuggets they had seating outside and in but I chose to hang out in my car.
