Every good thing you would want in a restaurant was alive in this Texas Roadhouse. The manager was engaged, the staff was courteously interactive. Our waitress, Morgan, was very competent and friendly. We ordered fried pickles, 16oz ribeye and filet medallions. All were on point, perfectly seasoned and prepared. I’ve been to many Texas Roadhouses and they have all been outstanding but this one gets an A+.

Went as a work get together and everything was great. The host, the manager who led us to our seats and the server Trent was all friendly and efficient. I enjoyed everything I order and will definitely eat there again.

Went here for the first time with some friends. The atmosphere was very lively and entertaining with its selection of music and charismatic staff. The staff were accommodating, especially the server Lex, who gave us great recommendations and was a joy to talk to. The food was great and I loved the amount of options for the kid’s menu, since my child is starting to more solid foods. I also liked not only the decor and the layout of the restaurant, but also the family restroom for parents and children. We definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Waitress corrected one mistake from another from our table but still brought me the wrong food. Never came back. Ended up eating the burger which was phenomenal. So im not 1 staring my experience because it wasnt bad bad but still disappointed. Just an overwhelmed staff.

Good food and good service…worth the visit. We love the roles and like the experience. It is a roadhouse and therefore noisy but that’s part of the fun.

Everything was amazing, ribs were delicious “falling off the bone” good. First time going and will definitely be back. The waiting was not long at all. I actually got in line on our way there, only had to wait 10 minutes at the most to get called. Our waiter was prompt and answered all questions we may have had.

Was immediately greeted and was sat with the influx of patrons at 5p. Service was extremely slow and they completely skipped the table behind us for 20minutes. Food was hot and delicious, cooked to perfection. Attempted to pay on the kiosk to save time but unfortunately the “Pay Now” option was greyed out. Seemed overwhelmed. While we were sat quickly, we waited over 15min for the check…(I had so much time to wait, I’m typing this while still at the restaurant)

First time visiting Texas Roadhouse in PR. The service was good, food was good, steak were good quality and the salad was also very good. No complaints. I prefer non chain brand restaurants but wouldn’t mind coming back again.
