I discovered this Domino’s and their new pan pizza absolutely the pan pizza is one of the best pizzas that Domino’s makes this particular location in St Augustine does a great job it’s always a hot and fresh right when I arrive. Callie one of the managers always greets me with a smile and does an amazing job, Lily makes one of the best pizzas ever. Definitely use the app to save money and use the text messaging so you know when it’s ready. You can’t go wrong with the all new pan pizza. that’s kind of deep dish with a soft thick crust.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are HORRIBLE. they always, even on a Monday have extremely long delivery times. And the pizza is always cold and they refuse to make it right. I’ve lived in the same house for 5 years. They really need to get corporate in there to clean that place up. Excellent Experience! The customer service was just next level which you don’t get to see in a Domino’s. Mikey who served us gave great attention to detail which is very valuable. Firstly when we mentioned that we are vegetarian, he made sure along with other things that even the cutter would be washed properly before theyll cut the Pizza. Secondly, as we ordered a take out he gave us the pizza with “Paper Plates “( havent seen any one give plates unless asked for ). Thirdly, when our pizza was ready, he came out of the store and came to our car to give us the pizza.
Lastly, the pizza just tasted soooo good. It was made perfectly ! I highly recommend to come here

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s a few times and usually received pretty satisfactory service. However, last night it took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza. I can understand though, it was dinner on a Friday night so it probably gets chaotic. But I got an email from them offering a 20% discount or a free medium pizza due to the wait, without me even saying anything. So I think that made up for it.

So when we moved in at the being of the year the crew(s) that were normally on the later side (my husband works late and adores pizza ♀️) were wonderful. I had 1 night where as soon as I ordered online I wanted to cancel and change it. That manager that night didnt care. They never answered the phone. The driver had told me the driver that manager had a brake down and wasnt answering any calls I can look in my order history for date and time. I called many times no answer and it was international no not answer the phones that night.
