I normally don’t leave reviews for chain restaurants, however, the service I received was amazing!
It was busy for a Sunday afternoon, so I sat at the bar since I was alone, and I was instantly greeted by the bartender, Meredith. She suggested my drink order, the bread, and my food came out fast. As I was eating and observing, I watched Meredith in a flow state: memorizing customers names, taking orders, making drinks and constantly checking in. I was not expecting that level of customer service. It made my experience a wonderful one. I will definitely be back at this location.

Of course you already know the steaks are good. Reasonably priced and as good as any high end place. Sometimes you feel guilty eating a big steak, so here is what you may not know… Texas Roadhouse gives back to the community, especially the schools. They work with the PTAs to provide meals for the teachers when they have special work days for example. So next time you are in the mood for a big steak, eat up guilt free, it’s for the kids!

Brought the fam to dinner here. The waitress was friendly and handled orders fast. The food was really tasty. The dining area was loud and the bathrooms were busy, but it has “roadhouse” in it’s name, so it’s expected.

Arrived around 6:40 wait was supposed to be 1 hr was texted 40 minutes table was ready. Service was fast took order within 5 minutes of being seated. Food courses arrived in timely manner and at a good pace. No big gap between the appetizers, salads, and main courses plates. Was able to eat what we wanted then the next arrived. All the food tasted great. Would recommend to anyone looking at good meal. Recommend the Steak and Ribs both where cooked perfectly.

Great food. Steak was cooked how we ordered it both were smothered and covered, so pics don’t look very good, but was delish. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Also, even when crowded wait was no longer than 15 minutes.

We ordered a New York Strip medium-rare and a filet mignon medium-rare. Both were under-seasoned, and the filet was cooked to medium well. We sent the steak back and received a rare to almost blue steak. I also forgot to receive my salad, and when I did, the croutons were extremely stale. To top it off, there were multiple flies in our area.
The server who seated us was very friendly.
I want to give a huge compliment to Hailey. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues we encountered. We left satisfied and will definitely give them another try.

Randa was amazing – we had six in our party. We called ahead, and they put us on the waitlist.
The place was crowded, but Randa was a superstar. Drinks on point, she brought out refills. The food was cooked perfectly. She had us cut into our steaks before she left to make sure everything was correct. She was an excellent server.

Holy cannoli! The service was phenomenal. I was beyond impressed with the entire team. Everyone consistently checked on us, asked if we needed anything & was genuinely pleasant. The energy in that place was unmatched.
The busser deserves a major shoutout. I believe his name was Carson (he was moving so fast it was hard to catch it). At one point we actually timed him because we couldn’t believe how fast he was clearing the tables. My guy cleared, cleaned, and reset a table in under one minute We started the timer when the guests got up, and within 1 minute and 27 seconds new guests were already seated. That level of efficiency was incredible to watch. Honestly, busy restaurants need to study this location. The teamwork was seamless & everyone was on point.
The food was perfectly cooked, and even though we walked in without using the waitlist option (we definitely will next time), the wait wasn’t long at all. And the bread absolutely the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

This location was clean, service was wonderful. I took one star off because my pulled pork sandwich was not hot, it was barely warm. The rest of everyone’s food was great. Also, it seemed everyone was waiting on rolls to come out. If it’s one thing everyone wants when they sit down it’s for the rolls to be fresh and ready. The rolls were great when they came out. All in all it was a very good meal.
