Order the Di casa salad the lettuce and tomatoes were rotten. Called Bellinis manager Missi at Slingerlands location where we ordered takeout she said this is how they serve their salad she spoke to the chef who said the salad is fine to serve this way. The dinner was cold as well. Be careful.

Bellini’s is more than a place to dine; it’s an experience! If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with an elegant atmosphere, this is THE place. Whether you want an intimate, romantic dinner for two, small gathering or to host a private event, they offer it all. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Misty to arrange our engagement party in the private room in the Slingerlands location.

Misty was detail-oriented, offered us an early arrival to setup the decor and ensured mini cannolis would be prepared fresh after dinner. The long banquet table in the private dining area offered the perfect blend of timeless, romantic and traditional feel we desired most. The main courses were spectacular and even offered a variety of gluten-free options! We highly recommend booking your private events at either location.

Had the tortellini. Wife had the salmon. Cousin had the gnocchi. Each of us commented that the meal was delicious. Good food well prepared and presented.
Service was excellent and professional.
Atmosphere was clean modern but very noisy. With hearing aids, background noise interferes with conversation. I had difficulty hearing my wife and cousin.
10/7/25 addition: Had takeout and the ‘Napolitan” with seared chicken, jumbo shrimp, wild mushrooms, roasted tomato garlic sauce, and a wonderful risotto. It was delicious.

My husband and I had never been and were excited to spend our Valentine’s Day here for dinner. We were greeted by staff who were super friendly.

The Valentine’s Menu included a salad, entree and dessert. The bread basket was warm and the bread was perfectly baked on the outside but warm and fluffy on the inside. The house salad was also amazing. My husband ordered the Tortellini Carbonara (which I couldn’t help but take a bite of). The tortellini was cooked perectly and coated with the perfect amount of sauce. I ordered the Nino’s Classic which came with the biggest meatball I have ever seen and was cooked to perfection. The dessert was mini canolis with a piece of red velvet cake to share which was sweet, and moist (but not too sweet).

The dinner was more than dinner it was an experience. The staff checked on us regulary to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of our meal. It flowed at the perfect pace to allow us to enjoy eachothers company and conversation, and to not be rushed through while also ensuring that we weren’t waiting between courses. The waitress, and who I presume was the manager asked how we enjoyed our experience. I would HIGHLY recommend! We had a 10/10 experience, and cannot wait to go back to try additional menu items as many others on the menu looked delicious as well!!

Beer was solid. Espresso martini was nice n strong.

Arancini was cheesy and delicious. Sauce for the deep fried rice balls of excellence was 10/10

I’ve been coming here since the opened, they’re always spot on. The new place is beautiful (Formerly Roux, another favorite) they’ve changed it up a bit looks great and always immaculate and clean. Staff very attentive and look the part as well and now the food, Ohhh the food, last night I popped is for pizza, salad and a drink. It was exactly what I need. I started out with a Hot & dirty Martini which was a great start made just how I liked it, then ordered the Sicilian pizza and Prodoto salad with prosciutto wrapped/cooked shrimp, OMG, you cannot miss with that combination for sure. Price point right where it should be, what a very welcoming established agent. Always return, oh and a quick Peroni too 😉

This is a gem of a place. With indoor and outdoor seating everyone can be comfortable. Growing up Italian, Bellini’s takes us back to comfort food like no place except home. Come for the amazing meals and great assortment of beverages but make sure to stay for dessert. Or at least take it home. Polenta croutons are my favorite!

This is a great place to go for food allergies. They are very accommodating and have many options on the menu excluding popular allergies.

This dish was $50.
It was fine, but definitely not worth $50. My husband ordered a 12oz steak… it was maybe 8-10oz.

If I could give it 3.75 stars I would. This place is a “good” (not bad, not great). The best part is the eggplant stack appetizer. Also, the gnocchi was pillow soft and risotto just right. However, the worst part are the cocktails. The espresso martini was especially frustrating – they have an espresso machine at the bar but instead of using fresh espresso they use cold brew or a mixer, with a lifeless foamless result. I’d still come back for that eggplant but will get a wine next time.
