This bistro has a great atmosphere. The service was ok but not great. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwhich. It was not tasteful. No significant flavor besides potential freezer burn. The menu described the sandwhich as shredded chicken but it was cubed and mushy. The bread was perfect tho.

Best food we’ve found in the St. Louis area in 3 days!!! Justin took great care of us. Made an excellent espresso martini. Highly recommend The Slab with roast beef and the Loaded Greek and Avocado Chicken Salad. Incredibly fresh ingredients. Would give 6 stars if I could. Eat here!

They’ve got the usual suspects: pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, everything you want when pretending to eat healthy while actually chasing cheese and carbs. I ordered the black bean burger and threw a fried egg on top because I’m a serious foodie.
The place is cozy, the drinks are solid, and the vibe is rustic Pinterest.

Our first time into this restaurant was a great experience. We were greeted and welcomed upon entry and could sit where we wanted. We asked for recommendations and then ordered. The food was delicious and the service was great. The portions were a perfect size. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming. This is a great place to relax and enjoy good food and service. The photo shows the open faced roast beef (half) and the parmesan salad. Both were delicious. I also spotted a sign on the wall with my name on it…which is a rare name, so that was fun. I definitely recommend The Brick Bistro. Enjoy!

Fantastic! Came here looking for a good brunch and was more than satisfied. Wonderful food and drinks. Amazing prices for food. Highly recommend getting the Monte Cristo, it is absolutely amazing. Awesome service as well. Cool design inside and out. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely be back. Can’t recommend this place enough, you gotta go.
