We had a table of 5, 8/28 at 7pm and Jenna was our server. She was very friendly and quick to help anytime we needed anything. Food came out correct, refills came before any drink got empty, she continuously cleared empty dishes. She was fantastic! Give this girl a promotion asap!

We visited this location after checking in on the app. Getting a table was easy and the host and server were friendly. I had no complaints on my meal but unfortunately they couldn’t get my wife’s steak cooked correctly. The first time it arrived pretty much blue/raw. It was a thick cut but for the price, we expect it to be cooked to the temp that we specify (medium). The server sent it back and when it came back, it was completely burnt on the outside. By then, we gave up trying. No one else came back to check until the manager made a quick run through and asked how things were. Before we could say anything about the steak, he walked away. We made it work but it definitely wasn’t a “legendary” meal like they promise.

Appetizer was brought out late so it came out with the food. We got the onion blossom, when they brought it out we were informed that they were out of the sauce that goes with it. They said they were “making more” and they could bring us some later when it was done but they never did and it just didn’t taste right without the sauce. Ordered the steak medium well but it completely pink and rare and the waitress never came back to check on us after dropping the food off so we just kept it to take home and recook. Our drinks were empty and didn’t get refilled the whole time. Just a really bad overall experience.

Always great experiences. This particular trip there was an issue with my steak being cold. The server and manager attempted to have it fixed promptly. The steak didn’t get fixed, but because the manager and server made me feel like my dinner was a top priority to them, I am rating them with 5 Stars. I have eaten here many times before, so I know the food is great, it’s just this 1 time flop, so no bad remarks from me. My family was able to enjoy their food, and they were happy. That’s all that matters!

This was our first visit to this particular Texas Roadhouse. The food was cooked to perfection, we got exactly what we asked for, it was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was clean, and our waiter was super nice and knowledgeable. It was a very nice experience overall. In fact, we plan on returning in the near future.

Usually the food is good. Best to go during the week when it’s not so busy. Saturday evening, waited over an hour after ordering our food only for it to be served cold and overcooked. Can’t get refills cause the servers are busy having to sing happy birthday every 5 minutes which honestly shouldn’t be a thing during busy hours…Bus boy slung ranch in my roommates hair and even though we had no food on our table and her hair was clearly doused with condiments, they had to review the tape before offering a discount on our NEXT visit. Our server + the manager was apologetic, but the busboy didn’t care. In fact he saw it happen and didn’t even bring it to her attention she felt it hit her and said something and he basically ignored her. My only complaint with the actual service was not being brought refills at all, but our server was a trainee and it was a hectic time so honestly not her fault.
