We had a short ten minute wait before being seated. Once seated we had an amazing waitress and trainee who took care of us. I ordered a medium well 11oz Sirloin with fries and a loaded baked potato. My steak was juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. The food was amazing.

With a place called Roadhouse there’s not much mystery in what you should expect. While the service was friendly and reasonably attentive the food did not deliver. My hamburger was medium rare as ordered but so was my brothers and he requested medium. We both ordered crisp fries and got warmed over soft fries. The side dishes in general tasted like they’d been prepared hours in advance. My advice: get the burger as long as you like it medium rare to rare and bring your own chips because you won’t get much satisfaction with their fries.

My family eats at this location regularly and normally this would be a five-star review. But we were there last night and very disappointed with some of the food (cold) and the temperature of the restaurant. It was ice box cold! I went to the hostess stand to mention it but another patron was already there reading them the riot act about it. It wasn’t even a warm evening, but the AC setting must have been set to 60 degrees. It never shut off the entire time we were there. The hostess said that it was set that way for the employees working in the kitchen. I really like this restaurant and the employees are generally very friendly, prompt and courteous. But I have no desire to dine in that environment. There must be a middle ground between freezing out your guests and the employees desire to not break a sweat!

I sat at the bar on a Friday Evening. The place was packed. The bartenders gave excellent service! In regards to food…….that is why a 4 and not a 5. I ordered a medium steak and got a very medium rare. I was ok because I couldn’t eat it all so when I warm it up I will get medium. The Caeser salad was great. The main problem with the food was the baked potato was horrible!!! It had obviously been baked two or three days prior and warmed up for me

I did like staff and my waitress was great! The decor was cool too. The reason i am rating a little low is misleading “Free app” for birthday I got. I went to pay and found out it was free only with an entree. This was in tiny print at the bottom. Plus I had to pay to use the kiosk at my table. I had gotten a diet coke to get a little something. Overall my bill was much more then i thought and tables around me had the same issue. I do think they should have just given me the app free and not charged to use the kiosk. It is false advertising. The rolls were good. I prob wont be back cuz of the surprise pricing but yea the staff is great and rolls.

Waitress took our order & sat down & started coloring paper plates. After about 15 min I got her attention and asked if I could have my salad. 30 min later we’re still waiting for our meals. She says she’ll check on it. Got it. His burger burnt crispy and my “medium” steak is very rare. She gives me his dirty bread plate to put my potato on & she takes my steak. Another 20 minutes & I ask to speak to a mgr. He comes & brings me a very well done steak. I’m soooooo done with this place!

Ordered the 8oz filet med rare. It came out burnt on one side yet still cold and raw inside. asked for it to be topped off another minute or two. Waited 8 minutes and had to ask the waitress to check on it because if they are cooking it that long, it was going to be overdone. She came back and said it was ok, they were watching it. Five minutes later, the hostess came by. I asked her to check on it. She passed it along to the server, they came back and said they were plating it now. About 6 minutes later, it finally came back out, delivered by the manager. The steak was now about 1/2 the size which I knew wasn’t a good sign. I cut into it and the manager said, hmmm, yes that’s really all done. My dining partner was now done with thier dinner. The manager offered to get another, was not going to wait for that at this point. He did take it off the check, which would be appropriate since I didn’t eat it, and gave me a $15.00 voucher for next time. That was nice, but the filet is $23 so….
