Went on Wednesday evening and our waitress Chelsea made our evening grand! She checked on our table of 8 the entire visit and was so kind. Our food was delicious steaks , burgers ,catfish, appetizers and all sides that were served. I do think that the catfish portions were smaller than what I usually receive at other locations. We would definitely return to this location and ask for Chels lol.

Received an email this location was going to be open today for lunch 1/27/26 and a free appetizer was in the email. Because of the snow, my boyfriend and I were both off work. We decided to take up the invite/offer. We opted for the All American burger and fries. Ive never had a burger at Texas Roadhouse, and let me tell you, it was one of the best burgers ive had in a long time. Our food was super fresh & smoking hot, which is everything I hope for dining out. Kenna was our server, and she was fantastic! (I will be asking to sit in her section next time we go) The manager stopped by our table as well, which we appreciated his friendliness & effort to make sure everything met our satisfaction. On our way out the door, the owner of this location stopped us & asked what brought us in today. We let him know of the email, how we both were off work. We enjoyed our conversation with him & didn’t mind giving him the feedback he was looking for. Hopefully the community can support this location, as they are looking at options to possibly opening for lunch in the near future. This whole experience today made us feel valued as customers. If we want a steak, this will be our permanent go to place. A burger & fries? This is the place. A few drinks & an appetizer? See you soon! ✌

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves on a hot July evening by stopping in for dinner. We were immediately seated and given our fresh yeast rolls with cinnamon butter to enjoy while we perused the menu. They are very fresh and quite delicious if you like your dinner rolls sweet.
There are many drink specials available here and many times will have one of their margaritas but tonight we decided to skip the cocktails and just enjoy ice water.
My husband chose the BBQ ribs with two sides (he chose a side salad and the buttered corn) which are quite generous in size.
My entree was a filet steak salad which had numerous steak tips with salad greens, finely diced red onion, lots of diced bacon, grape tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles lightly tossed with homemade croutons (not boxed) and an Italian dressing with a side of blue cheese dressing, too. The steak was very tender, seasoned perfectly, and cooked medium as I requested. It was perfect for a hot evening meal.
The portions are so generous we both had leftovers to bring home. With tax and tip the bill was just under $50!
The roadhouse is a fun place to eat. Almost always busy which is a good sign. The staff are friendly and very efficient. They seem like they have fun at work as they line dance from time to time.
PS: I signed up for their rewards and received a birthday coupon for a free appetizer or a free side. We chose the loaded baked potato skins, and they were amazing. See the photo.

The service was pleasant and hospitable. The host guided us to our booth quickly and got us seated, and then the waitress greeted us and provided excellent service the entire time–even visiting our table a few times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing and fun.
The Bad:
Unfortunately, the main selling point, the food, was substandard. I got the bacon cheeseburger, and nearly every bite tasted like I was biting into a chunk of salt. I am sure my blood pressure is through the roof with how unpleasantly salty burger was. The highlight of the meal were the buns and butter. The actual entrees had a lot to be desired. My wife, too, felt the food was substandard and her bun was burnt.
The Judgment:

Food, service and efficiency is always consistent. The entrees are a good value and well prepared. My only objection is the noise level of patrons, which is not really under the control of the restaurant, and the decision to put the cash register (kiosk) on the table. Some bone headed idea to occupy the serving staff so they can instruct you on how to operate the equipment to pay the bill. Dropping of a bill off at the table and running a credit card of leaving some money on the table can’t be that time consuming. What’s next, deposit your meal in a locker and picking it up yourself by unlocking the door using a credit card to pre-pay.

i’m gonna start off by saying that we are longtime Texas roadhouse customers and this time really just dropped the ball for going to this location. This is the first time my food has ever come out ice cold I ordered a half a rack of ribs with a side salad and fries my ribs came out pretty much ice cold in the center. I took a bite and realized they were a little chilly and I decided to cut them open and stick my finger in the middle of them and they were ice cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. The manager did take care of it and end up taking it off of the bill, but I’ve never ever had food come out of a kitchen ice cold. I also had a slight issue with the salad. A few pieces of my lettuce were a little wilted, which I know is normal, but I shouldn’t be having multiple pieces of wilted lettuce in my salad. The service was absolutely great. Our server was very kind. She was very upset about the situation that happened. She even offered to try to get something done for our order, but unfortunately, nothing more was offered. I was very frustrated with this experience, but I did have very good service and a very sweet server.

This place isn’t bad for what it is. A chain Steakhouse in Dundalk. You’re probably going to wait for a table and the servers are pretty hit and miss depending on the night. It’s a lot of high school students. The food is reliable.

I.spent $76.00 on 2 steake dinners, got home with them to fi d the 20oz Riley steaks were burnt!!!! Asked for MED-WELL!!!!! And a baked potatoe, only 1 pack of butter ,is not enough. Was not happy with this.dinner. Was really looking forward to having these steaks.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ and made me wait out In the cold. I walked up to the restaurant!
