We visited this restaurant a few days ago. I ordered the prime rib. The food was pretty good. Our server was kind and helpful. She made us feel welcomed. I cant remember her name, but I do remember her wearing braces. We will be back! Thanks to the chef that cooked our meal!

Great quality for reasonable price. And I always get very friendly servers that enhances the overall experience. I usually get their ribeye but tried their burger for first time and what a pleasant surprise! They were one of the best burgers I’ve had recently. My son had rubeye & ribs combo and he loves it also! And the special $5 beer and peanuts, you can’t go wrong here.

I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse in Middletown! I ordered a Blue Moon, a full rack of ribs, a house salad, and potato skins — and every part of the meal was fantastic.
The ribs were cooked perfectly: tender, flavorful, and falling right off the bone. The house salad was fresh and crisp, and the potato skins were hot, cheesy, and exactly the kind of comfort food you hope for. Pairing everything with an ice-cold Blue Moon just made the whole experience even better.
Service was great, the food came out quickly, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. Overall, it was absolutely a five-star meal, and I’d definitely come back for the ribs again.

February 28th I had inquired about a party size of 10 around 3pm today, making sure it wasnt too late of notice and we could be accommodated beforehand. We were asking if they had table seating available for this party size, and were told yes and put on the waitlist. The issue I am having is the fact that when seated, we were put at two separate booths, where the party could not even communicate. This wouldnt have been an issue for us if it werent for the fact that the reason we were having this dinner tonight was to take my husbands mom out to dinner in public before she starts her chemo treatments next week. Now the last dinner we were able to have with her in public as a family for a while, because she will not feel good or comfortable going out while in chemo, is ruined due to the fact that again our party was separated. If told that they could not provide seating otherwise, we would have decided for dinner somewhere else, however we were told again that this restaurant and location could provide us that. I strongly believe that in advance, party coordinator Anne should let customers know that there is a chance of the party being separated, instead of promising seating for a party the size of 10. Also sent an email however, wasnt responded to so im taking the next steps needed to get ahold of someone

Our server Katy was very nice, food was delicious! Me and my SO were celebrating his birthday and we had so much fun. Will definitely come again for celebrations.

I will say that the service from Jay, Patrick, and Vanessa is phenomenal. The staff up at the front are very unprofessional. They laugh and make fun of customers. We checked in they said they werent ready for us, as soon as we walked out they sent a text saying they were ready but when we unloaded the family and went back in they laughed and said they made a mistake. They could have walked out the door in the lobby to tell us they made a mistake before we unloaded the family. They didn’t. Not to mention the one girl asked why we were so upset. We told her this happened multiple times in the last month she laughed. We have a special needs family member that has trouble waiting at the door so we choose to wait in the car but they again mistakenly put us ready for a table when they were not ready. The reason we gave them a good score is the kitchen staff is great and make excellent food and the servers are phenomenal.

We always love our steaks at TR! Tonight was not a good night. 1st the place was swamped! Holy Cow ! Tuesday night, cold and rainy! Who would think the place would be so busy.
Anyway, we went with friends. Just 4 of us. Our friend ordered the smothered chicken no gravy, she just wanted the cheese. It came with gravy, mushrooms, and somewhere under all that the person who brought our food to the table, assured her was the cheese. My prime rib was cooked perfectly but had no seasoning and was cold. The marbled fat was hard. My husband’s bone in rib eye was seasoned well and cooked perfectly but tough. Our other friend said his dinner was fine. Not good but fine.
No we didn’t complain or bring any of this to the attention of the staff. Like I said, the place was swamped and that’s what I’m chalking it up too.

They don’t always get it right, but they always “make it right”! We go often and about every third visit we get an over cooked steak.
Apparently “medium rare” is difficult to pull off as it often takes 2 tries. Fortunately they have you check when they deliver it and have always agreed with our assessment and immediately offer a replacement. We obviously enjoy our meals there as we keep going back! If you’re picky about your steak, don’t be in a hurry when you go. Practice patience and you’ll be happy.
