This has to be one of my absolute favorite places to go for brunch. Only downfall is it gets very busy however the food is some of the best that I could ever ask for. I love to bring friends and family, especially from out of state over here to enjoy the ambience as well as the incredible flavors. Their bakery is absolutely barn on the best. They have unbelievable banana, breads, cookies, pastries, muffins, etc. In addition, their menu is vast and offers a wide range of flavors with Mexican, American, Asian flair. The inside of the restaurant is so adorable they have live trees planted throughout as well as so many cute decorations. Absolutely love coming here.

A cute cafe with really good coffee and surprisingly various options of brunch menu.
Here for Saturday brunch after CES just over, expected for a long line, but it went pretty fast.
The staff here are nice and efficient. Shalom is very nice and friendly.
Love the smoked salmon toast here with mouthwatering salad (the vinaigrette dressing is great). The patty flavor is good but unfortunately overcooked and a bit dry.
Gotta give the coffee here a thumbs up. Tried latte and mint and cream coffee, both are smooth and scrumptious.

Pretty easy parking even on a Saturday. Will come back soon to their bento which looks soooo good from our next table.

PublicUs is hands down my favorite brunch spot in Las Vegas. The chimichurri steak and eggs are amazing, and the salmon on a bagel is truly to die for fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done every time. Their cashew milk lattes are incredible and easily some of the best I’ve had. What really sets this place apart is the consistency, the food feels like it’s constantly being perfected, never slipping, always impressive. I recommend this spot to everyone, and anytime a friend comes to visit, brunch at PublicUs is a must. I only wish they stayed open later. but honestly, it’s worth every single bite.

Located in the vibrant Downtown East neighborhood, Publicus is widely considered the “gold standard” of Las Vegas coffee shops. More than just a cafe, it is a meticulously designed urban canteen that feels like a curated art gallery for food and caffeine lovers.
The Coffee & Craft
Publicus takes its beans seriously, offering a sophisticated multi-roaster program.
Signature Sips: The Leche de Madre is a legendary local favorite—a rich, slightly sweet, and creamy latte that is impossible to replicate. Their Cold Brew and Gibraltars are also top-tier for purists.
Visual Appeal: Every drink is served with precision, often in unique glassware that matches the industrial-wood aesthetic.
Elevated Canteen Fare
The kitchen outperforms almost any standard cafe in the city.
Londoner Sandwich: A savory masterpiece featuring soft scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar on a brioche bun.
Avo-Toast & Shakshuka: Publicus puts a premium spin on these classics, using high-quality sourdough and vibrant, fresh spices.
Mahalo Burger: For those seeking a heartier lunch, this burger is a consistent standout.
The Atmosphere
The space is a masterclass in industrial-organic design, featuring communal wooden tables, hanging plants, and plenty of natural light. It is an ideal spot for a creative meeting or a focused study session, though it does get quite busy on weekends.
Quick Tip: Parking can be tight directly in front, so look for street parking on the side streets. Also, keep an eye on their rotating pastry case for seasonal treats!

TRENDY & INNOVATIVE
With live trees growing through the bottom of the cafe tables this atmosphere is innovative and unlike anywhere else for travelers and locals.

FOOD & SERVICE
The staff has called me by my first name since the day I started coming here a couple of years ago. It’s the only café in town that has excellent gluten-free house made bread! All of their latte milks are made in house as well with Whole Foods. I recommend the chai latte, green panda and macadamia latte most. Food favorites is Pazole and Tofu Curry.

MISSION & MOVEMENT
One of my favorite discoveries about this place, was that they house, authentic cultured, live musicians, and entertainment occasionally. On Chinese new year they had a Chinese dragon dance I had the privilege to see; And on another occasion, they had an authentic mariachi band for a short surprise performance. Most days, the house music is not live- generally neosoul pop, but on special holidays, they bring in live entertainment, and it’s such a treat.

STUDY
This is my favorite café for my studies with neo soul background music. Keep up the good work guys. You have stolen my heart for sure.

Great experience here while it was very busy at 1pm on a Monday! I love the decor, they have hard workers, my food was excellent!! I love poached eggs on avocado toast. I will be back! Also highly recommend their coffee: I had a hot cashew milk latte no flavor. It was so creamy and delicious! They do validate parking in the lot so be sure to ask

END ADVENTURES
I wish I could give the atmosphere a 10 star!

Very hip and neat coffee shop. The workers were welcoming and explained how everything works. All pastries were freshly baked that morning, and looked amazing.

We both ordered a large latte. Chris choose the tiramisu cinnamon bun, and I had the egg sandwich. (Both were huge)

Clientele ranged from tourists, locals, Buddhist Monks, and construction workers on break.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant and coffee shop!! This was the best meal we’ve had so far in Vegas. Everything was fantastic, and I’m a coffee snob for sure. Ethiopian pourover was perfectly extracted. Breakfast dishes were AMAZE! Potatoes were perfect. Brioche French toast was like bread pudding, perfect with the pourover. I ate half of my daughter’s breakfast . Sooooo good. They also comped my sons chx sandwich because it came out a little late, TOTALLY unnecessary, the sandwich was still fantastic. We will have to stop by and pay ‘em back. Stop here for sure! You will not be disappointed! Also the best, friendliest, most communicative staff we’ve seen on our trip. Really could not have been a better experience!

This is an awesome find. It’s a local awesome breakfast place. I suppose their lunch is good, but I haven’t tried it. The sandwich was very unique and flavorful. The coffee was great as was the cinnamon rolls and breads. The decorations are eclectic, and cool. Just a really cool vibe. I highly recommend it.

Amazing vegan-friendly spot!
Thank you, PublicUs, for being truly vegan-friendly — there are so many vegan options, and everything is always fresh and delicious. I especially appreciate the huge selection of plant milks, which they actually make in-house — you can taste the quality. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the whole place feels stylish and cozy.Highly recommend to anyone who values great coffee and thoughtful plant-based choices.
