The food was ok. The waitress was great. The Manger was very attentive to all guests. What impressed me most was how they handle guests in wheelchairs. My adult son is in a wheelchair and typically we sit at tables so he can roll under the table. He’s always worried that staff or guests will trip over his tires or bump into him. Yesterday, Texas Roadhouse placed us at a booth that was out of the way and they add a table extender so his chair could roll right under and it made him very comfortable. Kudos to that restaurant.

We come here 2-3 times on a weekly basis. The food and service is usually top-notch. The waitresses Erin and Syd are fantastic.

However, today was unusual. My family member (who is a disabled veteran) was meeting us at the restaurant when they opened. We had a party of 3 and he arrived first. The hostess made him wait 30 minutes in the empty lobby on a wooden bench. When he told them about his situation and needing a proper seat. They ignored him. They also ignored his request to sit at the bar and wait there. This is inexcusable bad service. To add insult to injury, the same hostess that gave him a hard time when he initially came in also made a very derogatory statement to him as he left. We told the manager and to our knowledge, nothing was done. Afterwards, the only interaction we had with another member of supervision was when he came over and gave us his first and last name, and then started joking with the table beside us about food poisoning. Yikes. We will never come back.

I travel to Pittsburgh on a monthly basis and thought today would be a great time to enjoy a steak. I placed an online order and, with some time to spare, sat at the bar for a drink. I informed the bartender that I had placed an order, and she called the kitchen to check on it.

I received a text message indicating that my order was ready, but 20 minutes passed without the bartender taking any action to have it brought up. I eventually had to remind her myself.

When I returned to my hotel, I realized that the add-ons I had paid for were missing from my meal, along with the cutlery I had specifically requested. While I acknowledge I could have double-checked before leaving, this experience reflects a clear lack of quality assurance.

The prime rib was good im giving 3 stars because the bartender was too cool to greet the customer or say thanks or check on the food. Her name was I think its taeja, not sure how it’s spelled.

Food was cold & my roll basket wasn’t empty but it was taken away. I’ve never had my food taken away with being asked first. Don’t get me wrong, the service is good though. I just won’t be going back to that particular restaurant. I like Texas Roadhouse. They didn’t honor my coupon because I didn’t get an adult entree, even though it is not stated outright. It’s in the small print. I even told them that I have a Dr certificate that explains that because of stomach surgery I can not have large meals. Oh well I won’t bother with coupons going forward.

So/so. It was good…but honestly, it wouldn’t be a place it would suggest, “hey, let’s go to Texas Roadhouse for lunch/dinner.”
I had the catfish. Very good! The batter was very bland. No seasoning. But I would get it again because as a fish eater, my options are 1 of 3 things.
The broccoli was good but my carrots were hard and quite cold.
Steak was, “good…but not as good as Outback.” says my boyfriend.
Music was VERY loud and then halfway through the meal, it went down.
Friendly staff for the most part. Clean. No Christmas lights like the Bridgeville location.

Long story short – Outback Steakhouse for the win. 🙂

A frustrating experience on Sunday, Nov. 30. Just off the plane from Utah. Hungry and tired. Steak and mushrooms barely warm and loaded potato was cold. So cold that none of the butter or cheese had melted. Only the beans were hot. Our waitress did not check on us so I had another waitress get me a new potato. Our original waitress finally appeared and I asked about the potato order to which she was clueless. She finally got it after I was already done with the meal. Ate a few bites and left. Paid the bill of about $55.00 after the waitress made it clear that she was irritated. I am always a very good tipper but not that night! Never again to this location.

Texas Roadhouse steaks have just gone so far down hill. Gritty. Overly fatty. Never cooked properly. Not even seasoned to hide the fact that they are using less than quality meat. Just so disappointed. Rolls are good. Service is good. Steak… go somewhere else.

Came in around 845 and we’re sat right away. Fantastic. Took a few minutes to order drinks even though server was slightly pushy. When we ordered drinks I asked for some of the delicious butter and she said okay. The sweet tea we ordered came unsweetened. So we set it in the edge of the table where the server had to see it and it was completely ignored. Still no extra butter either. We both ordered Caesar salads and my lady asked for extra dressing and it never came, I went to the restroom and saw our server playing around at the service well with a squigi instead of asking how the drinks or salads or anything was… until I asked for it again with a to-go box I didn’t get what I asked for.
I asked for extra gravy with my mashed potatoes and that never arrived. Regularashed potatoes and gravy arrived with a 35$ well done ribeye that was ordered medium rare. She asked for A1 and that never came.
A senior manager came over and apologized and presented us a 40$ dinner for 2 coupon after I complained to the assistant but my dinner alone was that amount. If I’m coming to a restaurant with my lady I’d like the server to actually check on the table and see if things are okay. The gentleman that ran the food was excellent and seemed to care more than the assistant manager that came at first.
Your closing server should be someone who actually cares about the people that come in after 830 if you’re going to have a restaurant that is open until 10.
Absolutely terrible service.

I’m a Texas Roadhouse fan and they have the best chili in the world. Always a fan of their food but this time my 8 oz sirloin was very tuff and hard to chew. Wasn’t really good and I’ve always had great steaks at the roadhouse until this time. Chili was fantastic as usual and everything else was good as expected. Service was great as well.
