The worker named Brianna was very rude, I placed an order online and when I came up to the window to pick it up she said they had just received the order and id have to wait. I asked her if she could send someone out to bring it to my car because it was cold and she said no we cant very rude like. About 30 seconds later a lady came outside with a bag and gave it to someone waiting in their vehicle. Its 27 degrees outside and I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes 0/5 stars.

I went to get food around 10 pm with a friend. The girl at the order menu was super rude from the second we drove up and as we pulled around to get our food I noticed that she was leaving work. When we got our food almost everything was wrong plus they didn’t give us 2 of our jibbis. When we went back around to get the missing jibbis another lady gave us an attitude right before giving us them. I’ve tried reaching out to a manager for a couple weeks now but no luck. I won’t be returning to this location ever again

I ordered the chicken nugget meal with curly fries and an Oreo shake. They repeated it back correctly but then tried to make me pay for a completely different order. I repeated my order at the window and had them repeat it back to me. They still managed to get it wrong despite how many times I had to repeat myself. I asked for curly fries and got regular. On top of service being terrible, the food was stale and ice cold. What a waste of my time and money. Jocelin was very unprofessional and rude. Never again

Asked if my food was ready and was told no. Sat and waited while they put orders out and delivered orders to people. I watched my order sit on the counter not thinking it was mine because everyone else was getting theirs handed to them. I finally walked up and asked again about my order and got it half thrown at me. Horrible service and food and I’ll never be back.

There are 2 drive through lines and a walk up window. They do not have a dining room. Ordered in the app and my food was correct, hot and fresh. Employees were very friendly. Happy to have this addition in the neighborhood.

It’s a nice new jack in the box the only way to place an order without using the drive through is a order window outside using tiny speakers. The pickup boxes are intuitive for online orders. If you come here I recommend the drive through as window service really sucks. I rang the bell and the people inside just looked at me like I was stupid, I sat in front of the order window for 10 minutes without any service.
