Can’t say this was one of the better Texas Roadhouses that I’ve been to.
I asked for my steak to be butterflied and it wasn’t, there was literally no seasoning on the steak, was not offered more rolls with having to ask and also had to ask a couple times for extra lemons for my sweet tea (that barely had any sugar in it).
It’s rare that I come across TR like this, hopefully they will improve for future customers.

Texas Roadhouse used to be my son’s favorite place. But the last two visits to the Monaca location have been disappointing. The first visit my baked potato was black on the inside, they still topped it with everything thinking I wouldn’t notice a rotten potato. So my son’s birthday is this month. We went back and this time my salad bowl looked like it was dirty. Never got drink refills. No peanuts in the can. Worst visit we’ve ever had.

Just terrible! This was take away. I got there at the time the email said to and I still waited 30 mins. Then i get to the car because the bag seemed light and they didn’t even give me my ribs. I go back in and talk to the kid and he now has opened the food container and was lifting the foos inside the box. I told him to stop that i didnt know where those gloves where and he said he just put them on. THAT WAS A LIE! plus he was taking orders out to cars and opening the doora. To top it off, I get back to my hotel room and the food is cold. Then im eating and looking at my reciept and my order is still not correct. I completed an online correspondence and no one has gotten back to me. Disgusted! I spent $60 and gave the kid a tip. He didn’t even do his job to ensure the order was correct so why should he get it? I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN, you hear! ?

Online Order Review:
My boyfriend ordered online and I picked it up. They came out to the car in a timely manner with the food (no complaints there).
Once I drove away, I ended up getting a call from my boyfriend saying “they said they forgot some off our stuff and they were sorry, but they would throw in some extra stuff in because they messed up.”
At this point i’m at the cvs pharmacy in Monaca, and I turned around.
I go back, walk in and ask about our “forgotten stuff” to pick up.
They handed me the side salad they forgot and that was it. They acted like the extra stuff they promised didn’t happen.
Once I got home, I opened the chicken critters, and you would think I ate half of them……. & they were burnt to dust.
Why would anyone packing this think this is okay to give to a paying customer?
At this point. This meal, my trip there, my SECOND trip there, and the customer service experience was a joke.
I’ve never even made a google review before and this experience out of all food services lead me to do this. Done with this place.

Went today for my birthday with my older parents, my dad lost his balance and needed help getting to the car. The staff and management were extremely helpful and made sure he made it to the car safely.
In addition we had Lillie as a server and she did a fantastic job, we were never waiting for refills or wondering where our server was.
The food and drinks were delicious as always!

Beef tips. Good. I ordered it medium rare. It had good flavor and was juicy, it tasted good but the meat was a little tough. Nice house salad. Overall, good.

We were pleasantly surprised with my birthday meal. I was able to order my pork chops to be cooked MEDIUM so they weren’t overcooked and dry. My husband’s steak was perfectly cooked MEDIUM-RARE. My 90yo m-in-law was very happy with the BBQ Ribs appetizer as her meal. Melissa gave us exceptional service even though she was swamped. She brought me a perfectly sized brownie with a dollop of ice cream and made the right call NOT to sing and have me ride on that saddle! {;D Thank you so much! We’ll see ya’all again.

I have been to one of these franchises before and have been disappointed, but this location was on par with success. The service here was fantastic, from accommodating special seating for my mother to assisting her when we were ready to leave. Our waitress, Gabby, was very attentive and treated us like family. The food was delicious, and the perfect temperature was appropriate.
