We went to the Timbermine tonight for the first time and it was SO good. Our waitress Amber was phenomenal and made sure we had a great evening. The food was delicious and so was the atmosphere. I had the Ribeye, and it was the most tender, flavorful steak I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back.

I grew up in Utah but currently reside elsewhere. I wanted to bring my kids here for the atmosphere and nostalgia factor. The atmosphere is fun and they loved it! Our server was awesome! She was very attentive, kind, and helped when our children got a little rowdy. Overall we loved it, I just think the food could be spruced up a little bit.

Obviously the steak is great, but what’s better is saving half of it for steak and eggs in the morning. Could do without the creepy mannequins, honestly. Love the booths with individual dimmable lights. Service was quick, attentive, and great. The bartender came around multiple times as did our server. They bring your bread, appetizers, and salad one at a time which I really enjoyed. I wish more restaurants still did that. It wasn’t as pricey as I imagined, which was nice. My partner got the lobster and steak, and we both got beers and wine with two half plate appetizers and it was around $140. I would eat here again!

We took my in-laws for an anniversary dinner and it was perfect. The seating was in a quiet corner which is just what us hard-of-hearing people needed, the service was fast, and the food was spot-on. I ordered the prime rib, which is the best in all of Utah, and my children ordered different cuts of beef. Every cut was so savory and tender. If I could afford it, I would go every month!

Sadly I expect a steakhouse to do better. My prime rib was definitely medium well and not medium rare. I usually default to saying rare, because then you usually get medium rare…. but I had hoped they would get my steak cooked right.

So delicious and flavorful! We had a very large group and we all loved our food! From the appetizers to the sides to the main courses, it was all cooked and prepared to perfection. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it. The waitress was very patient with us and super friendly.
