The prime rib dinner was tasty and let’s talk about how tender and juicy these Prime ribs were so delicious. I also had the broccoli with lemon pepper butter the flavor was delicious as well, also had a house salad it was nice and fresh. The only downside to this night was when they first sat us down the lighting was dim and burning my eyes and I literally keep telling the waitress and there was no change until my daughter got up and went to the manager that’s when the she came over I explained to her about what was going on she moved us with no attitude, unlike the waitress whos name i don’t know if i did i would’ve added here.

Great place for dinner! Even when the place is packed, the food is still delicious and the staff is very polite and helpful.

I used to really enjoy dining at Texas Roadhouse — the food was good, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a big letdown. The service has really gone downhill, and the food quality just isn’t what it used to be. My steak, which should have been perfectly cooked, was full of grease — and not the natural fat from the meat, but kitchen grease. That’s unacceptable for a place that once prided itself on quality. Sadly, this will probably be my last time eating here unless things change for the better.

I should say im surprised with my dining experience but its the usual when eating at this roadhouse. Our catus blossom was floating in fryer oil. We asked for it without the dipping sauce. When it arrived at our table, sauce was spilt over about 25% of the blossom from the edge to the center then all around the center. My child had the mini burgers, which were burnt to the point she couldnt bite through them. They broke apart when i attempted to cut one. Both of the steaks ordered by our table were of the wrong cook temp. (We both asked for med rare, one was well done with a solid grey color and the other was blue raw). I asked for A1 and the waitstaff said “Theres already one on your table, dont you see it”. I put it on the edge of the table near the aisle because it was empty. Which i would have stated if given the chance before the rude comment was issued to me. Id like to note this wasnt our server that had been taking care of us but someone else that had brought us our steaks only. This place just isnt worth the cost when better meals (steaks esp) can be had at other local restaurants for a comparable price.

I was very surprised when I visited, I didn’t remember the steaks being quality, or the homemade salad dressings which are always a sign of quality to me. Great service from the entire staff has made this a weekly dinner spot while I am consulting.

We were a party of six. At first the hostess said we would have to be at two tables. I told her that it was not acceptable and that we wanted to eat together. She told us she needed to get her manager. The manager then asked if we could do a booth if they extended the table and put a chair at the end. We were happy with that. We proceeded to order from a great waiter. There was no one in the booth beside us and the one behind. Then they decided to sit a party if about 12 people behind. They extended one table and put two chairs. They were also sat in a booth across made for 2 and put a child seat at the end. The aisle was blocked somewhat and the customer in the chair would move. They tried to put a couple in the booth across from our table. The couple asked for other seating. Needless to say the meal was superb. However, our chance at a quiet meal was over powered by the movements of changing seats and talking over each other. Very loud. If you went to the other side of the restaurant, it was empty. Why management decided to cram everyone on one side is beyond me. I will go back because the food is so good but no more compact seating as we will leave.

Staff were incredibly sweet and fast. They made sure a booster seat was ready for us before we arrived at table. The bread was placed as we sat. And wait staff asked what the toddler needed while we looked at our menus. Very thoughtful! Food was cooked perfectly, and I like it very rare. Still mooing.

We came in as a family of eight and overall had a nice experience. Our waitress was absolutely amazing — super kind, funny, and very attentive. She truly made our table feel taken care of. The food was also pretty good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious, but I highly recommend choosing your steak from the display instead of ordering it straight from the menu — the ones you order come out very small.
The reason for the three stars is due to a safety issue that happened with my nephew. Another waiter brought out his dessert on a plate that was extremely hot — so hot that he wouldn’t even set it on the table. Instead, he handed it directly to my nephew, who immediately burned his hand and dropped it. The dessert fell, broke everywhere, and he was in a lot of pain.
We completely understand that mistakes happen, and we were very kind about the situation. The waiter was apologetic. However, we were surprised that no manager came over, the dessert wasn’t taken off our bill, and no discount or acknowledgment was offered. It just felt odd, given the circumstances. My brother-in-law will be filing an incident report because of the severity of the burn.
Again, our server was fantastic and most of the experience was good — but this incident definitely needed better handling from management.

I just left Texas Roadhouse in Hadley and was served by a very kind, attentive, and chatty waitress. Her kindness makes you want to come back because of how well she treats customers. Her name is Tammy, and she speaks both English and Spanish. 10/10
