From out of town, here in TX for the 2nd time ever, for work. This is the first meal I’ve had since I got off the plane. Needless to say, I came into this restaurant a little hangry.
Food:
Perfect. Everything. Down to the last minute detail. I went in here with high hopes, but everything exceeded my expectations. The steak tasted better than even what I had hoped for.
Service:
I recently suffered a health issue which highly restricts what I can & cannot eat, this staff was incredibly helpful in making alterations to the dishes so that they would be safe for me, and they were more than accommodating & happy to do so.
They nailed everything. This is an amazing restaurant. 10/10 Banger Steakhouse. Will be returning with joy, hopefully a few more times before I head back home.

But the star of the show? The rolls. Fluffy, warm, and paired with that creamy butter—they could be a meal on their own. Easily the best rolls I’ve had anywhere in Corpus!

Very short wait time on a Saturday. Service was excellent. Place was clean and comfortable. I had the small prime rib, baked potato, and Mac and cheese. All tasty and served the way I ordered it. My wife had a small sirloin well done (yuck!),mashed potatoes and green beans. Her food was excellent as well. Our waiter was Greek, first name began with an M. Excellent guy, well worth 30%. It was our first time; it won’t be our last!

It makes me super sad to see this place go down the way it has. Had a bad experience about 3 months ago, waiting very long for our food, waitstaff disappearing and having to ask other staff for things or to please get our waiter. This time was the worse. From the start our waitress seemed miserable at her shift, I ordered sweet tea and it was unsweetened, not her fault but when I asked if she could please get sweet teat she grabbed it and walked off mad talking to herself why everyone’s damn tea was unsweetened. Turns out whoever made it just didn’t add sugar because the next one she brought wasn’t sweet either. It was so bad I didn’t even want to ask her for a different drink. We waited an 1 1/2 for our food no joke only to lay eyes on a flat steak that tasted as if the top fell off the salt shaker. $122 dollars later and it was definitely not worth our time, money and we will not go back. Not to forget we waited an eternity for our waitress every time. It’s as if we didn’t exist. Don’t recommend this place now. Maybe back then it was okay.

Very nice place to eat! The decor inside is beautiful! Menu has a variety of options one can get! Staff was nice and friendly and place was clean. Didn’t have to wait long as well. Definitely coming back!

Horrible service! If your family works here you’ll get a table fast. Party of 6 with a reservation. They told us to wait a few minutes and they’ll get us. Well here we are 20 minutes later and the hostess with blue hair family walks in and they got a table in front of 5 different parties who are waiting. 5 parties here aren’t happy, but the hostess family has a table. Hostess is over promising other parties they are next. Then the hostess runs to her family after they knock on the door and she’s laughing and having a ball with them pointing to the lobby and shrugs her shoulders.

I really enjoyed eating here. They not only serve rolls before the meal, they also serve what I can describe as small, crispy pieces of toast with a spread/dip. They were burnt but that actually enhanced the taste as it’s done purposefully….I think I ate every piece . The steak that I had was fantastic….incredible grill markings and super flavorful. Everyone really enjoyed their food…..BUT….I am an HUGE fan of green beans and was disappointed that they put chopped pieces of red pepper in theirs and they are served in a juice that was constituted with these peppers. It tastes good….just not my preference..(pic included)….would have been nice if that was listed in the menu……I would have ordered a different side, but again…they did taste good

WORST restaurant i’ve ever been to! service was bad and they got 3 orders or a party of 6 wrong and the food was disgusting and for the price! it was served messy and the sauce on the chicken piccata and cajun pasta was gooey and cold. i had to order a salad to go and left it there on the table with the recipe on accident and cant even refund the salad

Looked great from the outside. Inside needs a refresh. Had a $79 dollar meal and the prime rib was tough and fatty and pretty tasteless. Tried the soup and that was not great but the cheesecake saved the day! Sorry never again
