Best Culvers I have been to in the Twin Cities. Staff are wonderful and care a great deal! I go out of my way to head to this location because the staff are so friendly and the food is made so well! Burgers, Fries, Chicken are never too greasy, they change out the oil regularly and always salted appropriately. Love this location, keep it up!

I was on the verge of tears after dropping my burger on the ground after picking it up curbside & bringing it home. I reluctantly called the store to ask if a remake was possible bc my wallet was crying along with me. I am a broke nursing student who decided to treat myself after a week of stress. It was a devastating loss. Culver’s manager (Ross I think) said sure! How fast can you get here? 100/10 experience. I love my Culver’s & I love Ross. May your pillow always be cold & stoplights always be green, king.

Had placed 3 orders for the new wisconsin mac n cheese bowl on the culvers app. Item shows a medium bowl portion filled with mac n cheese. When received order food was put in an oblong container 1/5th the size. Company likes to deceive and use deceptive busisness practices.

So I guess that you have to order everything that comes on the burgers now. All that was on my burger was a bun, cheese and meat. The Culvers in Cottage Grove has gone down hill.

My sister placed an online order for me to pick-up. The staff wouldn’t hand me the order through the drive-through window. I asked if they could because I had my six-year-old in the car with me and it’s a pain getting her in and out of the car, especially when the temperature was negative 10 degrees. Staff said I had to come into the store to hand me the order. I understand policy, but I hoped they could make an exception given the circumstances. Had I known, I would’ve just placed an order through the drive-through.

Don’t come here if you want an accurate order in a timely fashion. I can’t remember the last time we visited this location and they didn’t screw up our order one way or another. At least the food we do get is always good tasting (hence the extra star above 1.)
Edit: we just tried to mobile order and they screwed up our order YET AGAIN. Review lowered to one star. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU REALLY LIKE HAVING YOUR ORDER SCREWED UP.

We had ordered cheese curds. I asked do they come with a sauce, before they bought to the table. New guy, didn’t know. He looked in the bins by to go orders. Noth I ng there. He went looked elsewhere. I went back to table. Waited, then they came. No sauce. I went back uo. Is there a sauce, like marinara, or ranch or something? Mumbled, didn’t know. I went back to table frustrated. Friend said never mind. We had a burger& fries also. I had the onion rings. Not bad. I didn’t see any other cashier. The food is good tho.

Everybody loves a frozen custard, right? And who doesn’t enjoy a good butter burger now and then? But what really surprised me was the Atlantic cod dinner! The fish tasted fresh, the batter was light and crispy. Having been spoiled by years of living next to the ocean, I wasn’t expecting this, but it was really delicious! A nice tartar sauce and some onion rings made this meal well with the $13 price tag

The staff was kind, helpful, and fast.
A friend treated my daughter to some ice cream. This was our first trip here, so she wasn’t sure what she wanted. The cashier was patient and kind, she told her to take her time. I’m so grateful, because my daughter suffers from severe anxiety. Everyone who worked there seemed so happy and full of smiles while we waited.
The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The exterior had so many beautiful flowers for us to enjoy.

We were a group of 15. They got our whole order right. They brought the food out to us and made sure things were correct. The customer service was great. The bathrooms were clean and there were people constantly wiping down tables.
