Knowing how good Broder’s is, I came to Terzo with high expectations. My friend and I went to Terzo for dinner, and we left the building feeling very fulfilled. Since most people recommended the porchettas, my friend and I both got that. I had the calabrian porchetta, and she had the mushroom porchetta. Needless to say, the slow-roasted pork was a definite highlight! It was tender, flavorful, and juicy, and I don’t even normally eat pork. The porchettas’ individual flavor profiles were elevated by the respective types of aioli, but it was evident that the pork was the dominant ingredient. We also enjoyed the mousse di fegato, which contained a good combination of chicken liver (can be bitter to some) and sherry gastrite / angostura mustard (leaning towards sweet). Finally, the torta gianduja is a dessert that I have seen from a Star Tribune article, and I have been longing to try it. It was a 10 out of 10! The hazelnut in the bottom complemented the layers of chocolate (different texture each layer) so well, on top of the sea salt, in addition to the cocoa powder on the side, that every bite was as enjoyable as I could imagine from a chocolate cake, which I typically would dismiss as too “bready.” Overall I recommend this place, especially regarding the porchetta that my friend and I had tried! We did not try any primi or secondi here, but I wouldn’t be surprised if others have positive experiences with those dishes!

It’s a good Broder’s experience. As expected the food was better than ordinary. Completely fresh and innovative recipes with bold flavors. They have an excellent cocktail menu and an ample selection of good wines and aperitifs and digestives. But for our dinner the cherry on the cake really was the waitress running out with the jacket my friend left behind and making sure we got her attention, adorable and sweet. Please go enjoy!

Great Italian food with a cozy, rustic vibe. We made a reservation last minute for a Saturday night so couldn’t get in until around 9:30, however when we showed up about 45 minutes early they were able to seat us right away. The wine list is extensive with some great options, albeit nothing under $40—though they do also have wines by the glass. My friend and I shared the mussel appetizer and each had a plate of pasta. We ended up ordering the ‘large’ size which seemed to be the perfect amount (I ate all of mine, she had a small amount leftover to take home). I have to wonder if the half size portions, which I’d normally order, are too small. The olive oil cake for dessert was to die for, the sauce they poured over the top was so delicious I couldn’t help lapping it all up.

Food was excellent! Terzo is not your basic pasta and pizza Italian place, it feels much more authentic. Our server, Bradley, was very knowledgeable and helped us select delicious wines and foods, and his passion was contagious. Every person treated us like VIP’s and clearly took great pride in providing excellent service. We will certainly be back!

Best meal I have had in a while. We sat outside on the lovely patio. The waiter helped us pick a nice wine to pair with our meal. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back to try more.

Fantastic service. Accommodating and cheerful despite being understaffed. Our server Yohan was everywhere at once. Meeting our requests before we even thought to ask them. Loved my food, and it looked so beautiful too.

Terzo was absolutely fantastic. Great dark night restaurant or just an upscale night out. The ambiance is intimate and the dining room is fairly small. However, it wasn’t too loud for us to hear the waiter. The service was spot on. The star of the evening, besides my date, was the food. Incredible flavors, beautiful plating, and slightly adventurous. We chose to do 2 small plates, 2 apps, and split an entree. There wasn’t a bad bite. The prices were a bit high, imo, but that in no way doesn’t make this a 5/5 joint.

I’ve been meaning to try Terzo for sometime now. I decided to try three different courses from their menu: Wagyu Beef Carpaccio (antipasti), Pappardelle Alla Cacciatora (primi) and Roasted Chicken Breast (secondi). I liked everything I had but I feel the Chicken was probably the best dish.
