I left a review for Terri’s Café years ago, but it felt important to share an updated one. I’ve known the owners since 2018, when my organization, Mentoring Mentors, partnered with them to feed our students during our after‑school program and to host Mother’s Day and birthday events. They’ve always shown us genuine care, and that hasn’t changed.
Things shifted a bit after the pandemic, and I’ve only been able to stop by a handful of times this past year. But every single visit reminds me why I’ve always loved this place. The owners are truly good people with a level of service that’s hard to match. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and family‑like. They treat every customer with appreciation and respect.
I couldn’t recommend a better spot—whether you’re grabbing lunch, hosting a business meeting, taking someone on a lunch date, or spending time with your kids. And if you coach a sports team, this is a great place to partner with. The meals are made with love, and you can taste it.
My favorite part will always be seeing Ms. Terri’s smile, watching her son Will cooking in the back, and connecting with the amazing women on staff who make you feel right at home. And of course, talking with my guy Menelaos—who has one of the most generous and uplifting spirits I’ve ever encountered.
Terri’s Café is more than a restaurant. It’s a place filled with heart, community, and people who truly care. I’m grateful for every experience I’ve had there.

I had a very rough morning at a court hearing to represent my daughter, Melody, who was killed by a drunk driver. I haven’t been out to eat lately. Terri’s was suggested to me by Officer KB. I went. I ate. The breakfast food was great. Cookies were delicious. The owners and staff had no knowledge of what I went through. The staff were cheerful which made the atmosphere very warming to me. My family and I loved it here. We’re visiting from New York and everything from the customer service to the food to the music was amazing! The owners speak to you and are absolute gems. We can easily come here every single time we come. They have a different style of French toast which is made on French bread and it was so soft. They genuinely care for the community which is a plus. There were repeat visitors when we came and we even got free cookies. My Turkey Bacon was cooked to perfection! We are loyal to Terri’s!

I was once a frequent customer at Terri’s Cafe during my undergraduate studies. After graduating, I moved away and hadn’t been back in years. Today, I found myself back in Owings Mills and knew I had to visit the place that served me so many comforting, home-cooked meals.
To this day, Mrs. Terri greeted me with the kindest smile and the warmest welcome. We were able to catch up as if no time had passed at all. That big, welcoming smile instantly reminded me why I loved eating there so much in the first place. The breakfast platter was just as delicious as I remembered—every bit as good as it was years ago!
Thank you to Mrs. Terri, Mr. Menelaos, and William for all the wonderful memories over the years. It truly feels like home every time I walk through the door. I won’t wait so long to return again!

Had a wonderful breakfast from Terri’s Cafe. Terri was so welcoming and even let me taste a soup that was incredibly flavorful without being salty (I had to buy it even though I was there to pickup breakfast.) I ordered French toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon, and got a breakfast sandwich for my son — we both really enjoyed our meals. Simple, comforting, and done right. It felt like a homemade breakfast. You can tell this Greek-owned spot takes pride in good flavor and quality. Highly recommend.
P.S. Terri shared that the restaurant is family-owned and introduced me to her son, who was cooking at the time. She mentioned her husband and daughter were out and hopes I’ll meet them on my next visit. I really enjoyed chatting with Terri and look forward to returning with my son and meeting the rest of the family.

5 stars across the board! My family and I absolutely love Terri’s cafe! We have been patrons for a few years now but truly feel like family. We discovered it randomly one weekend and now it’s a weekly part of our rotation. Food is absolutely delicious. Everything we order has the taste of love and I mean it. Truly delicious and well seasoned. We love to explore the daily specials because there’s always something new and tasty to enjoy. We will continue to enjoy Terri’s cafe.
