Theis place should be a national treasure. My grandmother used to be the cook here in the 60s. My parents met here. It has always held a special place in my heart.

My waitress Trista was absolutely amazing, she is so kind and caring, after she put my order in she rang the bell. The cook was outside for over 15 minutes before my waitress had to go get him. Food was okay, but my waitress was probably one of the best I’ve had in years. It’s hard to find a good waitress anymore

Tonight I was in the starlight cafe and the waitress was helping customers that just came in and there were a couple lady’s there eating and one of them broke there cup and spilled her coffie, and the nice waitress stoped helping her new customers and took the lady some towels and wiped off the table and went to go back to helping the other customers. the lady that spilt her coffie evidently thought the waitress should have had her clothes drycleand because she was mad and I bealive the waitress done plenty. It’s impossible to do your job and keep everyone happy. Thumbs up to the waitress.

My husnband and I got hash browns that were so greasy they were inedible and our starlight omelet had raw eggs in it. After our waitress Trista who was absolutely wonderful put our order in she had to go find the cook. It 15 minutes before he even started cooking our food. We will not be eating at Starlight again.

Stopped in on my way through and I was pleasantly surprised. Great food, great service and love the cozy atmosphere. I ordered the Starlite Omelette and it was amazing. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are in the area! Also the bathrooms were very clean and the signs made me laugh!

Great burgers and fries but be aware that they put mayonnaise on their burgers and no where in the description is that me shined. My wife hates mayo, so had to throw away the bottom part of her bun. I prefer mustard but ate it.

Don’t forget to leave room for Pie cause they do have quite the selection. Can’t say I wasn’t wanting one of each But the Marion berry cheese cake I did have was okay maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t ask for one of each.
All in all I’d stop here again, IF Nothing Else is Open and Starving ♂️

Great diner! Very homey atmosphere. Our server Casie was very sweet and attentive, and my coffee was never empty! Huge portions for a decent price. The homemade pies looked delicious, but I was so full from my meal I didn’t have room for dessert.
